Easy to do the online self service pick up and drop off, we had no issues, and the agents were friendly and fast with any questions or concerns we had! Pro tip: park a little bit away from the side of the building to get a better picture for the verification at the end.

Steve WI reserved two furniture dollies and a truck. They only had one dollie. The person at the desk did not care, did not say sorry. I had to drive to another location to pick one up, which cost me extra miles and gas on the truck. I asked for a discount or that the dollie be no charge - he said he can't do that. I left and was pissed off. I reserved two dollies because I needed two dollies for some heavy items.

Andrea AThe facility itself is too small to accommodate the large number of trucks and auto transports. It was difficult to drive through the lot because of the limited space. However, the customer service was excellent.
Andrea AThe individual at the front desk, Malachi, was rude, unhelpful and attempted to be antagonistic toward me when I was confused on how to download my driver's license. Exact comment, " Why are you trying to be difficult" He is lazy and I would never recommend this U-Haul location to any sane person. We picked up twice from the same Nicollet location and both experiences were miserable. So, clearly nothing will change at that location. 10/16 U Hauls were covered in graffiti and we were told that we would just have to pick up the next on in line regardless of the profanity sprayed on to the U-Haul's. Would love some sort of refund.
Matthew LMake sure customer has all necessary keys. Make sure customer knows what steps to take before they drive away. If the trucks aren't meant to have locks, then take them off. Answer the phone at the location.

Adam CLocation was very good for the local move I was doing. They did not have the Van I was hoping for, but the slightly larger truck worked fine. A problem I had was they asked me to move my car to the street since it was remaining during the rental and when I got back, the truck had been moved and I had no idea where it was. They told me to look at the truck's number and sent me out to explore the entire lot. Truck ran well and did the job. I liked the electronic receipt and speed of settling on the after hours check in. The app would not succeed on sending the photo of the odometer, but it allowed me to bypass that and complete the check in.

hassein hParking at the location is the only thing I can think of. This is area can sometimes be limited when it comes to parking. and when parking is available, you can be locked in based on how tight other cars park near you. Otherwise, the staff at this location are always nice and freindly every time I show up to rent a truck.

BEAUFORD JI'm not sure where to mention this, but I had initially reserved a utility dolly, I was told in store that they only had appliance dollies, paid for an appliance dolly after being up charged like crazy. Only to find a utility dolly in the truck.

Benjamin HI picked up my uhaul and the truck was fine. The customer service was terrible. The General Manager there was the least helpful person. When I got there, lights were off, so couldn't even tell if it was open. He was on the phone with a friend at 8am slouched back. I told him I have a reservation and he told me the truck is here but no blankets. Told me to go over to another location across town if I wanted them or that I can buy them. Would've loved a heads up and some more concern since I had movers coming shortly after picking up the truck. Totally messed things up for me. I did go to this location before and pretty much had to get the attention of the worker there to help me out. I'd recommend any other location if I were you.
VICTOR OVery rude attendant. I arrived a little late for my pickup time and the guy said they only had 15’ trucks available— I had reserved a 10’ truck so this was much larger, less convenient and more expensive. The kicker was that there were at least six 10’ trucks in the lot and it was 5pm so it was unlikely they were getting used. When I questioned him about this and the rate I was getting charged, he threatened to not give us any vehicle. I am appalled by the lack of basic customer service (ans frankly human decency) and will not be coming to this location (or any U-Haul location) in future.

gary mThe truck only had 8 miles of gas left in the tank when I picked it up, I would have run out if there wasn’t a gas station 3 miles away. The inside of the rear of the truck was covered in dirt. The truck was very old.

MOHAMUD GHave a person who is motivated to work and who has at least some customer relationship. I have not been able to view my receipt even though I asked what amount was charged to my credit card. I still need to know what amount was charged to my credit card.

Abdirahim YThe U-Haul truck I rented was in poor condition. The right mirror was loose, the driver side window crank was missing so there was no way to open or adjust the window, and the driver's door didn't fully shut unless forced, and even then it didn't feel fully secure. The passenger door wouldn't open from the outside due to what seemed like a stuck lock. There was also a clanking noise while driving, and the check engine was on. Overall, it got me where I needed to go, but the vehicle clearly needs better maintenance or to be replaced.

CHESTER GI would suggest double checking he vehicles for cleanliness and any malfunctions after each form of use just so the next customer doesn’t feel like they’ve damaged anything or feel at fault for the previous use of the U-Haul vehicles. Overall very good customer service and attentiveness.
Makayla HThis was very bad- first we were toel when we rented they would call to confirm, i got an email and when i called the location to check on the confirmation they said {did you get email well what is the problem}. We pulled in and there was no lights on in the building, I went to door to make sure someone was there and the person was working with lights off. the who transaction was in the dark. He was very unpleaseant to us and not coorperative at all. I asked about adding my husband to the reservation and he said really why, i said we are driving 10 hours and I want a second driver. I paid for the rental (which i am so glad was not a uhaul that was tagged with graffiti and asked about the 12 pads we rented and he said what pads. I said ok just forget it. He then handed us the keys and said your truck in around the side. I wass like in my mind like what, really. so we had to walk the lot to find the truck only buried in in back of other trucks. Thank goodness that my hubby can drive a semi or we would not of got that out of there. Hopefully there is not hippa laws in uhaul renting becuase he had someother persons ID sitting on the desk where you register in plain sight.
