The attendant was nice but they forgot the dolly we ordered. They removed it from the bill. The truck smelled funky but we only had it for a couple hours. Not enough help in the location so it was a little crazy for the attendant

When I turned in my equipment, I was told that there was no additional steps to be taken, however I was then charged for a second days rental fees because they did not check my unit back in to the system until the next morning.

You need to clean the inside of the windshields on your vehicles. When driving into the sun, you can't see through the haze and glare. This is a serious safety issue that should be addressed through out your fleet.
I arrived at the location on 12/28/2020 at 6:40pm and the location was closed. The posted hours state they are supposed to be open until 7pm. I had to figure out how to do self check in and hope it worked.
Mr. Lowndry (Forgive me if I spelled that wrong) was very helpful. I am not very good at using my smart phone and he was patient with me figuring it out.

Made a reservation at the first location to find out no one was their because it was a 24 hour location so I have to transfer to another location which set me back an hour. The location i ended up with first gave me a trailer with a flat tire, then tried to give me trailer with a tire that was about to have a blow out. Finally after that i got a trailer that was ok
Dwight was exceptional - easiest return I've ever made. He was so courteous and efficient despite being extremely busy. I really appreciated his prompt assistance and I drove away with a smile.
I returned rental within 2 days and you charged me a extra day
The people speak with a condescending tone of voice, the truck was a piece of junk and the windshield was so dirty that I could hardly see through it, and the original truck wasn't returned on time so it wasn't available to me. I had to arrange for another truck all the way across town which delayed my moving help and cost me another $50.

They are just another poorly trained uhaul facility None of your electronic stuff worked. Had to stand indide for half hour

My experience with this U-Haul location was perfect for the type of moving hurry I was in. Reservations did a great job of finding me a last minute truck and then the face to face interactions at 9th N and Gandy. Gave me comfort and put a smile on my face also drop off was way easier then I expected. Thanks to everyone at U-Haul my move was a success!!
Have the location honor reservations and be transparent about their listings on their website. They let me reserve a 15 foot truck. But when I arrived the manager was rude, talked over me, and insisted she did not have my truck but offered me a 20 foot truck instead. I needed a 15 foot truck. I had to call uHaul customer service, sit on hold for 40 minutes and then drive back to that location 2 hours later to rent a 10 foot truck because that's how they think it should work. They were still rude to me when I returned to get the truck. Terrible customer service. The only good service I got was on the phone and my reservation guarantee was issued.
Customer service was excellent. This is my first time renting so I asked a lot of questions and the person at the desk(african american woman) answered all my questions patiently and in detail. Other staff were quite friendly and professional. Thanks for the great service 😊

Advertised price was 19.99. Was charged 39.99. Requested the 14.99 a day insurance. Was charged 29.99 for insurance.
This location is the Uhaul of choice for me and they are always friendly.
The truck was dirty inside the cab. I hAd to clean the inside of the glass just to see out of it and although it only had 16,700 miles on it it looked like it had 167,000 miles on it. The driver's side window took several tries to roll down. I will say the young man who I returned the truck to was very nice, polite and professional. The woman inside the store was on a personal telephone call and wouldn't get off.
The A/C did not work. I was happy with everything else but this is the second time I have received a truck with trouble. The last time there was no oil in the engine and I had to put oil in it. I asked to have compensation but I have not received anything. I rent a truck here every month.
Traction control system alert light was on and said in need of service. Cargo van was dirty inside and out

This was on my email after I made a reservation: A local U-Haul representative will call you by 6pm on Friday, October 9, 2020 to get agreement on and schedule available time, equipment and location. This never happened and I had to go to 3 different places for a confirmed reservation. Not good customer service.
Well, your charges are ridiculous for mileage you would make more money and have more customers if you did not charge for mileage
Every person I spoke with was excellent. From the in person intake process, to the people who answered the store phone when I called with all my stressful questions to the traffic coordinator and the people I returned the truck to. Every one of them had great personalities and made my life so much less chaotic. I am so grateful. I hope they all get raises!
I had do make a number of phone calls because of various complications; HOWEVER, everyone from U-Haul that I spoke with were extra nice and courteous.
Chris Crawford was extremely helpful with the process. Uhaul will be my go-to for now on.
1. Put keys in correct box with correct code so mobile pickup can be used without having to walk in and wait in line anyway. 2. Change oil on trucks so i dont have to rush to snap a pic of mileage before the message in the dash changes to oil change required. 3. Clean trucks out properly, found screws and various small trash in back of truck.

The price to rent this truck, Was to high, I could have rented a commercial for less, I will not rent from you again and not recommend you.

It appears there was some kind of audit of inventory check going on, and the counter rep did not get any help from the numerous ( apparently corporate) UHaul personnel that was there. I found that odd for them to not attempt to offer help To the Customers in line . My experience as always with this location was excellent.
Constructive criticism. Although the truck overall was clean, and I could see streaking where the door handles and seats were wiped down, the inside of the windshield was dirty and hadn't been wiped down. Again, overall the truck clean, but I would suggest cleaning a bit more thoroughly.
The first trailer dolly that was hooked up had a torn tie down strap and I had to argue with the yard rep to give me a better Trailer dolly. Then I returned the equipment about 3 hours later and the same yard rep refused to give me a printed receipt because he was busy. Several days later I got a bill for 2 days rental and the guy tried telling me I returned it a day later. It took nearly 20 minutes for him to supposedly correct his mistake but I have not received a refund yet I will give it one more day then go to the location on Thursday to get my refund for the over charge and a final printed receipt This is bullshit
