One person working at 09:00 in the morning with 7 people in line. Even with a reservation and online check-in it took one hour for me to get the pickup truck I had ordered. That’s just ridiculous and poor customer service. The employee was trying his best but he needed more help. No place to sit so we all just stood there waiting or sat on the boxes.

The gentleman who assisted us when we returned the truck was very helpful. However, picking our truck up was a nightmare. We arrived a couple minutes past our pickup time (we have a newborn) and our mobile pick-up reservation was automatically cancelled (which we didn’t realize until after talking to several representatives on the phone). The man behind the counter told us he had no internet and could not help us. He told us, “YouTube Uhaul. Figure it out. YouTube.” The customer service agent we called on our own told us she could not help us— that she could not reschedule our reservation nor set up a new one. She directed us repeatedly to speak to the employees at the location, despite explaining that the employee was unable to help us. The second customer service representative had to direct us to a scheduling manager. The scheduling manager rescheduled our reservation, but didn’t mark it as “scheduled” (?) so we couldn’t see it on our end on the app. This required a third phone call. Finally, 45 minutes later, we could access our reservation on the app to the pick up our truck using the mobile pick-up option.

Not much. The two men that helped me did a great job. They were nice, I knew exactly what to do, got me in and out quickly and it was a pleasure doing business with them. You've got two good employees there! I'll be back!

There was ALOT of confusion with the uhaul rental company. The price was different due to an increase on the truck rental that the rental company was not aware of. The drop off location was incorrect in the system, even after I confirmed it several times during the conversation. They did however give me extra miles which was very helpful.

This location put insurance on with out my permission and I had to call and make it a big deal for them to remove it 5 minutes later after getting my receipt

Management here needs to step up their game. This location can only be described as a cluster ****. There were multiple people in line and only one person helping people while other uhaul employees were just milling about. Additionally, the person at the desk was the rudest customer service representative I have ever encountered. When I asked a simple question, she yelled at me and chastised me and went on to yell about how many customers were in line. She went on a rant at me for close to two full minutes instead of just answering yes or no to my question. I would not recommend this uhaul location to even my worst enemy. I will NEVER use this location again. We have used Uhaul several times in the past and keep going back, but the level of customer service at this location was so extremely poor and reflects badly on uhaul. To verify my story, please feel free to the pull the tape from this location around 12:15pm on October 25, 2019.

The trailer i got leaked and got my furniture wet. The staff at the Uhaul store were working hard but the process was very slow, almost an hour to get my equipment even though I checked in on line. There were 2 parties in front of me.
