I was over charged in a couple of things. 1st it’s a trick if you reserve your truck online . They really shove a dolly and cover blankets automatically. If you remove them the show up on your payment even if you delete them of your cart. I had a reservation price, which was completely dismissed once I had to go tru the process all over again. What’s is the point of reservation is a trick you still gave to give the information all over again once you pick up your reservation u-Haul truck. They made me pay cash for the cover sheets and my mattress covers. My email receipt says they are charging me so that I still owe them when I have the receipts which I paid for with cash.. And in my receipts, which I got through email, they did not type in my drivers license correct my birthday correct. Full information was not correct. They take their time. They still failed to give Good costumer services. to not even get it right business bureau. How how to just make sure.

CECILIA OThis was the first time my already reserved van was switched for a different truck. The problem was that headlights weren't working ( One was pointing to the sky and the other to the ground) and the tire pressure sensor light was on adding a little more stress to the rental experience.

ERIC MThe only issue we had was the mirror wasn’t fasten enough and it kept spinning around and that was super dangerous, but we made a call and let them know we had to tape it down to make sure we could see when changing lanes and driving on the freeway. Besides that it was a smooth experience and that’s why we continue to use uhaul as our moving provider, they always understand and help with what we need!!

But these are the recommendations: Explain where the parking brake is located; how to engage and disengage the parking brake; where the gas tank is located; what to do if the ignition key won't go in, which happened to me and I panicked wondering if I was going to make it to my destination. I had to gently and slightly turn the steering wheel and then attempt to put the key in the ignition again. SUCCESS!
