Owner was very nice. The person who was there when I returned the truck this evening was courteous. Saw me drive in and was at the truck before I turned off the ignition. Checked everything. All was good. I would use this location if I need a truck rental in the area.Victoria A.
I was told by my online registration representative who was great! That if I check in online before I arrive at the rental location it would be guick and easy. It took 45 min waiting for 3 people ahead. I was told to tell them I online checked in but they said it didn't matter i had to wait. Drove 3 miles to my home. Once I got started loading I found it had a flat tire right rear inside. The vehicle was not checked before I picked it up. Had less then half a tank of fuel. Definitely not worth recommending with the poor service inside and the neglected vehicles. Just glad I only went 10 miles and not 200.Paul P.

I had one of your workers locked and closed the door in my face She wouldn't even talk through the door She turned off the lights and walked in the office I just wanted to tell her that I did not receive a clicker This was Thursday night 10/17 I understand for her safety But I am a 73 Great grandmother But I find her To be very rude She turned her back and walked no matter how much I knocked on the Glass door Her CO worker also ignored me when I Went to the side door They both went in the office and closed the doorIvonne M.

The personnel were extremely polite and professional One recommendation though you need more personnel I had a 8 am scheduled pick up had to wait in a line till 8:30 which bumped all the time later for my planned schedule. Maybe instead of 2 persons doing the job o what should be a minimum of 5 you may want to consider hiring more personnel. The wait was a little unwelcoming for a reservation. Plus it's not much but what is a $1.00 environmental fee that you charge sounds like a business sur charge. It's not like I'm disposing of tires. But like I said the 2 there working was great.Mitchell D.

The truck had a service light on. The gas tank wasn't full. It smelled terrible. When I returned the truck the guy made me go out and clean the inside of the truck or else i would have to pay a $25 fee. The inside had 1 blanket and a paper. It was no where near full and they had a trash can right next to the truck. I would understand if the truck came back full of trash. But he could have very easily provided good customer service and take care of it. All in all I had a terrible day and he could have made it better but didn't.Alex C.

The truck had a quarter tank, But stated over by a 1/8 tank, I took a picture and returned it with a quarter tank but then was billed $50 extra dollars for 4 gallons and some gas fee. I can't get a hold of anyone but my $93 uhaul trip was billed at $163. I'll be taking my business elsewhereEmil N.

El camiÃ³n desde que salÃ de la tienda llevaba menos de 1/4 de gasolina tuve que pasar a echarle 25 dÃ³lares. Al tratar de regresar con mis cosas a mi nuevo domicilio el camiÃ³n no prendiÃ³ se muriÃ³ la baterÃa y olÃa a quemado. Llame desde las 3.45 para servicio de grÃºa y llegaron hasta las 6.10 a pasar corriente a la baterÃa. Yo estaba pagando a 2 trabajadores para que me ayudaran y ya tenÃan hambre y querÃan irse y dejarme ahÃ sola. Luego el camiÃ³n lo puse en medio de 2 garages y estaba obstruyendo la entrada los dueÃ±os esperaron 1 hora y despuÃ©s me dijeron que jiÃ±an a echarme la grÃºa por obstruirle la entrada a sus respectivos garages. Una seÃ±orita que le llame le di 3 veces mi informaciÃ³n y solo me decÃa que se la repitiera a cada rato no estaba poniendo atenciÃ³n al cliente de lo que me estaba pasando y eso estaba tomando mÃ¡s tiempo. La Ãºltima seÃ±orita si le dio seguimiento pero ella era de la grÃºa y estuvo al pendiente hasta que llegÃ³ el mecÃ¡nico a ayudarme. La verdad estoy muy decepcionada del servicio que presta esta empresa yo pensÃ© que eran mÃ¡s profesionales y no es asÃ. Ni personal que hable espanol tienen en sus instalaciones eso es discriminatorio porque no todos hablamos inglÃ©s. Y si tienen clientes latinos la empresa tiene la obligaciÃ³n de tener personal bilingÃ¼e para orientar al consumidor. Otra cosa pÃ©sima que hace 2 meses rente un camiÃ³n tambiÃ©n y pague 56 dÃ³lares y centavos por un camiÃ³n de 39.99. Y el dÃa de ayer 15 de octubre del aÃ±o 22 . Me cargaron a mi tarjeta la cantidad de 56 y centavos. Eso se me hizo un abuso ya que el camiÃ³n fue el mediano y casi la misma cantidad que el camiÃ³n grandeAmalia L.

One side of the trailer's drop gate was stuck, but otherwise great trailer. Side note: Jennifer was AMAZING! She fixed a sabotaged 4-pin connecter and she repaired my damaged module in order for the signals and brake lights to work with my Rav-4. Without her, we would not have been able to go on our family trip.Marc B.

I did not get my part back which is driver's side under body panel. I called and requested it back and they said they threw it away because it was not necessary anymore. I don't understand why they decided on that. What if I will have to remove the hitch for some reason? It was terrible and unacceptable.Eugene L.
We weren't given the different type of hitch options available or an explanation of what the differences were. So the hitch we got sits very low under the bumper. With a bike rack mounted to the trailer hitch, we can not even back out of our driveway and there is barley any clearance on the road. As is, the hitch is totally useless and a waste of money. I wish were were advised about the more expensive hitch that goes through the bumper. We would have spent the money for the right hitch. Disappointed in the service.MATTHEW J.
