I had a problem with the mileage. When I picked up the truck I was instructed only to bring back truck with the tank where it was. Which I did. I was aware of the rate 99c per mile. I carefully estimated mi mileage to be 75 miles. The problem I had was when I brought truck back I was told my mileage was double what I traveled. I hit the Tripometer when I left so I knew exactly what I drove. My expected mileage was 75 miles which I paid for. I came back with it at 72.9 miles. I was told it was over 148 miles. They said I was supposed to verify mileage with the link texted to me. But this was after I brought truck back. I was never instructed to check the link before I left. So it was their word over mine. After talking to Daniel the owner he waived the alleged â€œextra milesâ€ they claimed I drove. I know for a fact I drove exactly 72.9 and knew the mileage they had on the slip was incorrect. It caused a bit of stress that I wasn't believed. So, my recommendation is to verify the mileage with the renter before the vehicle is driven away. Had they done this the incorrect mileage they had on my contract would have been caught before I drove off. I felt like I was being treated initially that I was trying to scam them. I was nit. And I did not. So, the reps at the counter need to tell the renter to open the link to verify mileage so a renter isn't out in this position. I have renter many trucks over the years and never would try to scam. Thank you.JOHN C.

It took me 3 trips to get the hitch put on my suv. The trailer that I picked up was dirty on the inside and safety chain was defected! Almost 2k to rent a 5'x8' trailer what a rip off!!!!!Malcolm O.

The staff there seems like they very much dislike their job. I walked in and wasn't greeting or acknowledged at all. I felt like everyone acted busy and I was the only customer in there. Especially the girls that worked that dayâ€¦ totally ignored me and didn't seem inclined to help me, the only one who did end up helping me was Fernando. He helped me get the truck I rented with a reservation. May I suggest letting your staff have better etiquette and manners, perhaps be more welcoming and attentive to customers. Better customer service can go a long wayâ€¦ their demeanor towards me, made me not wanna come back.JOANNA P.

Spoke at length to a customer rep at this location to explain that our trailer was full of GREASE ! The trailer was picked up rather quickly at the location- but never inspected- insideor out which when it was opened was FILTHY! It was a concern that tire pressure/ condition was also clearly not inspected which might have ended up in a possible disasterous situation!!! Expected a refund of a coupke of days of use- which thecrep was looking into. Has not been applied to my bill as of yet.PATRICIA L.

It was the only location that didn't have a long wait time and actually answered their phone first call. Whats important is answering new customer calls after the dumb ass automated shit. Nobody wants to deal with that to get left on hold for hours on end, literally. If folks make it past the automated machine, don't let someone wait. I been in these places n ain't nobody on the phones that long. Answer the damn phones, y'all got workers all over the place, tighten up the receiving calls.REUBEN K.

I was asked to drop off the truck at this location in return for a refund that I have yet to see.Manuel G.
The location was good, and personnel friendly, which was in contrast to my overall experience with uhaul. Unlikely to ever use again as it was a horrible experience. I booked my 15' truck weeks in advance only to be called the day before to let me know they only had a 10'. That morning, after already being on the road for 30 minutes I got a call stating the location had no truck for me. I spent a couple of hours on hold/calls with uhaul that day which made it a horrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone. And to top it off, the mobile app sucks and kept timing out. On top of all that, you forced me to pay for an extra mile at the end after making me drive an extra 40 miles round-trip to get a truck from another location.Theodore M.

The people were fine. However I explained to the person inspecting the truck that there were extra miles inside and we only had 29 miles left to begin with. He said thats fine. I assumed that would be ok, but I got hit with a fuel charge. I spent 35 minutes on hold to explain the situation. No one answered. They also got my return date wrong on the receipt. I don't think anyone knows what they are doing here. Be careful when it comes to mileage. They don't care at all.Anil K.

The reps. should walk around the the vehicle with driver before & should explain the vehicle basic things to you before allowing driver to drive off. No electric mirror adjustments, tow light, my truck had sticking tar on the bottom of the slide up door that melted & that got all over my movers/helpers shoes and they couldn't move items into the home & made the door very difficult to open. We rented a 26ft truck twice this week from the same location. First truck had no gas we were told that they only gas up one way trip trucks it was 7:45 pm and we had no gas in this truck so we need to fill up before we head out. Whatever- we receive a credit when we returned it. The second trip same thing no gas paperwork did not match the gauge we took pictures and submitted once we returned we put gas however gage does not work correctly and we ended up putting way more gas we were told talk to a manager to get a refund. Really long moving day last thing I want to do is now talk to a manager. We will not be returning to bad this location is close to our business and we often in need of your trucks.SANDRA V.

We were not pleased that the vehicle didn't have a full tank of gas. We were not planning on having to stop for gas before we loaded the vehicle as we had helpers scheduled to be at our house at a certain time. Would be much better to do this like rental cars, full tank when picked up and fill before the truck is dropped off.PATRICIA S.

Agents are unfriendly. When I returned the dolly I rented, I put several packing items in one of the carts that they have. When I reached the counter with the agent, I told him I also wanted the 25 pack of small boxes. He entered the 25 pack of small boxes into the computer and said that he could get everything else from the cart which he did electronically. However when I left the counter and took the things out of the cart, he had forgotten to give me the 25 pack of small boxes. I did not realize this until I got back to the place where I was needing to use them. I called and only the call center answered and told me they would have to give the location people a call and let them know about this incident. He said that they would call me to correct it. I did not have time to go back to that office so I would like to talk to someone about getting my money back for the boxes that I did not receive. In addition to not receiving the boxes, the agent was bland, never saying hello, how are you, or even thank you. This is a very disappointing U-Haul location. I would not recommend it.Sandra G.
