Scott BI booked a 10 foot truck at a different location. “Confirmed Reservation” upon booking. Then i was told i can either get my desired truck at my desired location at a different time or at this location at my desired time. Upon reaching the location at the reserved time they tell we can only get it for 3 hours and not 6, which we originally wanted. And we were told we would get a different truck for our desired duration. Horrible experience. No point of a “confirmed reservation” for a customer if we are subjected to such an experience. Will recommend against renting a uhaul in the future.

Adam BThe return was insane. The whole parking lot and storage area were completely full with no-one in sight to move trucks back. There were return trucks parked in the busy street with their hazards on and the people on the phone with 24 hr assistance. I understand that it was off hours but this was Boston’s move in date. There were people everywhere confused and the lot entrance just completely blocked. I had to have three people help me move my trailer to a spot as we physically pulled the heavy trailer up a slope. I bruised my entire left hand just to make this drop off. I have to be at work tomorrow and cannot keep the trailer until you guys clear the lot. I spent the day lifting and carrying for my move just to completely throw out my back trying to move this trailer since there was no room to park or move anyone through this facility.
Julie KThere was quite a long line at open (7am) for pickup, having another desk worker would have helped move things along quicker. Elias was incredibly friendly, had a great sense of humor, and was quick to help everyone in line. My truck was not staged correctly, and Elias was quick to correct the issue/navigate the truck through the parking lot to make it more accessible. It was an incredibly kind gesture

Morgan AThey did not meet the reservation that I had, and instead overbooked. I was not given a different drop off with alternative equipment even with low clearance and driving issues given the new equipment. The customer support was rude and out of place. The store was not helpful and dismissive.
Nathan WIm suppose to get 50 refund to card because I went to three different locations until I finally went to the one in Brooklyn and Customer Service said they would credit me and I have not been credited!

Sophia FFirst of all it was not a full tank of gas - Second the gentleman that took care of me was fine the other works were using fowl language in front of my wife and acting like fools. i could not extend my uhaul and they did not give me any other options. they just want to get me out of there. not impressed at all since i am a Uhaul users quite often

Thibault PIt was extremely busy but all the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ve rented uhauls in 4 states, half a dozen times. This was the single best experience I had at a U-Haul facility despite the crowds. I would recommend to anyone in the Boston area.

Jay MHave me a uhaul with flat tire and couldn’t use then closed their office 3 minutes after I picked it up. I had to wait for two hours for a tow truck in the heat of a parking lot pregnant and unable to drive because I was in a bad part of town and if I unhitched the trailer I risked it being stolen.

PETER LI never leave reviews like this but I sought ought the form to make sure Elias D, who took care of me yesterday at U-Haul for pickup and return, gave exceptionally good service. He had such a great attitude and was quick and competent in everything. You could tell he cared about the customer's experience and providing good value, which feels extremely rare these days. Thank you Elias!

Stephen CTyler provided excellent customer service with an eye for quick and painless access to the equipment reserved. This location is also in an ideal location for folks in Boston and Brookline to access U-Haul equipment by foot or by bus. Highly recommended! Only downside (NOT U-Haul's fault!) is that the nearest gas station's prices are nearly US$1 higher than the rest of the area. Do please keep in mind for refueling for return; your wallets will thank you.

Jerry LFranklin was there moving equipment from before the store was opened, and I was amazed to see how much he was doing while he was all alone. He helped me with my rental proficiently and kindly, and also juggled several other customers at the same time. It seems he was doing the work of three people, and he should get 3 times wages, in my opinion.
