App did not function properly during initial rental pick up and return. App crashed and restarted. When I returned the van, locatiom was closed, so I was reliant on the App functioning. Multiple attemps and App would not complete return process. Customer service wait times were ridiculously long, especially provided as a customer you are essentially trapped at the location until the equipment is returnede. Extremely poor customer experience, I am not likely to rely upon it in the future, nor encourage others to do so. .Larry L.

The jack for this particular trailer needs to be fixed. Without the jack I could barely remove the trailer from my vehicle during drop-off. Luckily I did not need to remove the trailer from my vehicle while I was using it. Other than that the staff was great and helpful.Jesse F.

Location is good, the actual staff at the store were great, but 2 big issues: I could never get through to the actual store directly by phone. When I tried I was on hold for 52 minutes and was bounced to two different regional office staff who were not empathetic to the mistakes they made with my reservation and did not apologize, own up or offer any accommodation. Renting from uhaul was our first experience. The young man that helped us was very friendly and helped wonderfully through the paperwork and helped us outside with all checking safety issues with lights and blinkers brakes. We rented a 6x12 enclosed utility trailer. Great employee !!!!JOLENE W.

Rishard was awesome!! The trailer is in excellent condition and like new...It is very obvious versus that U-Haul actually keeps really good maintenance and all their equipment. It's just another reason why we love U Haul it's not easier to rent a trailer van to buy one and keep it at your house.JEFFREY HALE P.

Your front end employee was rude as hell. I walked in trying to get my keys for the truck I had rented , nobody was up there to assist me . I could hear somebody in the back using the microwave . After a couple minute your lady comes out. I told her I was waiting there for about 5 minutes & she wants to have a smart ass reply saying it only being one minute. I tried dropping the situation . As I grab the keys & was on my way out. She wants to continue being a smart ass & mock what I had initially said about waiting five minutes. Pathetic old hag. Overall poor customer service. The truck was dirty as hell inside & out. Will not be utilizing this location & I'll make sure I don't recommend this location to anyone else either.Jose G.

Improve your mobile check out. I waited for over 20 minutes just to get the truck. The verification process is a nightmare. For example, I listed a reference who received a text that she would be called soon, she never received a call, then the U-Haul rep advised me that they could not reach my reference. YOU NEVER CALLED!! I will not use the mobile 24/7 process ever again.Philip M.

Truck was getting old. Engine check light on and transmission seemed to idle in high gear at stop lights (not everytime). After an hour drive and a 5 hour rest to unload, the brake alarm sounded when we started the truck (not the parking brake). I shut off after moving the truck about 20 feet.Timothy R.

Pretty pathetic this location felt the need to charge me for 1.5 gallons of gas. As the renter/driver, how am I supposed to be able to read a gas gage down to the 1.5 gallon measurement? I think I'll be using another truck rental company in the futureTERRANCE W.
