The entire lot and facility is too small for their inventory compared to the Curtner location. It was confusing as the customer in where to park the Uhaul truck, as well as customer parking.CRYSTAL C.

We needed truck first thing Friday, day after Thanksgiving. Was told originally that the store would not be open until after noon, so I had to pick up on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Only to find out the store was actually open on Friday. So that was irritating. Also, initially when I placed reservation - in store - the girl put down 10', not 20'. I'm in the process of moving to LA. One of these trailers isn't enough to do it all in one go, but it's great for items that won't fit in the Tiguan. Like what I took down this time, my motorcycle and a couple of desks. The price for renting this, at about $30/day, is an incredible bargain. Renting a truck, with mileage fees, would've been a fortune. I guess I'm lucky that I already did the hitch attachment and electronics when I came down here from Seattle, so I don't have to pay for that again. I'll probably rent one of these every weekend for the next month.WILLIAM Z.

The rep from 4417 Hollister uhaul said he didn't see any comments or messages from my pickup location by your other representative. He said he can't help me only if I contact corporate or my pick up location. I called and it was after hours and nobody answered and my call was transfers to corporate but I had to finish the call. I will like to call them tomorrow and follow up to see if what I was promised will be delivered due to the delays and costs was imputed due to the change.NATHAN G.

Reserved a 26' truck for 10/30, then was notified it wasn't available so changed reservation to 10/31 for a 26' truck and rescheduled my movers. Notified 2 days before this second 26' truck was now not available and I needed to drive to Oxnard to get a truck this big (w/ no option to drop in SB). Had to rent a 17' truck since that was the only truck available and had to make 2 trips from my apt to house to get everything moved. This is the second time something like this has happened with uhaul. Won't be renting from them againCASSANDRA W.

Although I reserved this in ample time, the scheduling department reported there was no availability in any surrounding areas for the equipment we needed. Pretty disappointing that a company located all over the US couldn't fulfill my request. Therefore I had to settle for an open trailer & my items got soaked in the record breaking rainfall! Not at all happy they can't provide you with something else better if what you need isn't available or at least discount your rate for what you have to settle for!BRANDY H.
