Teresa CThe employee that help with pick up was attentive and helpful. Drop off was not at all like pickup. The two employees were talking amongst each other. Never said hello or communicated what needed to happened. One of the employees had ear buds in his ear. Eventually, one of them came and told me that we were under miles and would be credited back. Again the morning employee that day was great. Thank you to her!

Mark SI have been a regular customer at the 12th street Uhaul location in S Salem for years & the yard is always organized & the store too . Great selection of moving vans, trucks &:trailers Etc The store has lots of moving supplies & merch . Staff is great & efficient & knowledgeable. I went in 2 weeks before my move date & reserved a truck . Vanessa helped me at Her desk & also on my move day . She explained everything &:my best options . Truck was ready & clean & had plenty of fuel . Great job Vanessa , you Rock !!

John BOn the way to pick up the tow trailer we received a call from UHaul stating the trailer we reserved came back with severe damage. They had no other one way trailers. I asked if they could find another trailer for us. They called back in a few minutes and said they found one pretty close to their site, so they transferred our reservation to the other UHaul center. A few minutes later we get another phone call from the new UHaul center and he says upon moving the trailer into the pickup lane he notice a flat tire. He said he could make a service call to Superior tire and get it fixed. We arrived at the UHaul center and the tire repair person wasn't there yet, we waited another 45 minutes. I walked into the office and he was on the phone talking to Superior tire they told him the repair order was cancelled. They said he would be there in 15 minutes, when he showed up he began working on a different trailer not the one that was in the lane for me that needed the flat repair. I went into the office and told the UHaul sales person and he came out and told the tire repair person which trailer he should be repairing. He took off the tire and said it needs to be replaced. He did not have the correct size on his truck so he had to go back to the shop to pick up the new tire. He came back in 20 minutes with a new tire and installed it. We waited 2.25 hours at the UHaul center for this trailer inside our RV. All UHaul personnel offered many apologies. RAMON LThough I know it’s not necessarily the locations fault, something needs to be done about the product management amongst all the uhaul locations. We rented a truck for our move 3 hours away, there were MANY of drop off locations in our area, yet we had to drive 2 hours round trip to drop it off because all the other locations were full. I’m failing to see how it’s my problem that there’s no delegation for moving product around and making sure there’s room in every area. The only compensation we were given was not needing to fill up the tank. Overall displeased and frustrated I spent nearly $400 for such terrible management.

SHELLY JCouple issues. First I asked for the use of the trailer from 6:30 to 6:30 pm (24hours). The time was shorted to 6 pm. We were pushing to get it returned on time. Of 6:30. But noticed the time change. Although the employee interned my information closer to 6. Did not leave with trailer until after 6:30. Just saying… Also was told where to put the trailer. But then when returning the trailer. There was no room to put trailer where we were asked. When coming to get the trailer. I parked in the parking lot got out to ask where they wanted me to park my truck. Before I was able to ask. Employee jumped on ne to move my truck. Ok. Not a big deal. But attitude gives one everything. Jumping your customers. Makes one not to return. Something to think about. I am 62. And to old to put up with an arse!
