The Assistant Manager at that location was extremely helpful well organized, and on top of everything he is an example for all managers in every store location. I give him a 10 out of 10 for customer service and for ensuring that all his vehicles are up-to-date and in proper condition.

JUAN RService was poor. Left my wallet in the truck went up the very next day. No manager was on duty. I was given his number to call or text. I did both and he has yet to hit me back and it’s been 24 hours.
Brooks PWaited for a while and the person at the counter wasn't super friendly but overall it was fine. Got in got out. Did what I needed to do. When I return the truck the dude was pretty friendly and helpful. I don't really expect too much. You rent a truck they give you the truck. I didn't love waiting for a while in the morning. It would have been cool if there were two people at the counter but it was early.

Kenneth SThis location was faced with an issue the morning of my rental. The website overbooked their vehicles, which was out of their control. They were exceptionally apologetic and reconciliatory to the customers and worked hard to set things right. When it came time to collect my truck, the UHaul representative working with me went outside to inspect the bed and discovered that it was still covered in wood chipping from the previous user. He made sure to take it to the maintenance area and clean it before I took it. The crew was exceptionally professional and good natured.

Don EThey NEVER answer the phone. All calls are forwarded automatically to the national hotline. I tried calling over a dozen times before my rental and never reached them - even when a dispatcher from the national service tried to patch me through. I had to go in person before my rental to ask questions.

charles pThere is no on-site parking despite the company advertising as so. I specifically moved to this location for that reason and was notified upon pick up. Not acceptable when a customer calls to confirm the day before, switches sites even though it is further and the information is incorrect.

Joey MIf they make a mistake, compensate the customer to the level of said mistake. Like having the customer drive back to the uhaul to take off the lock they left on the truck. Also have the manager respond to customer concerns. This location made a great inconvenience for the customer and has failed to make it right.
