Upon returning the truck the person was very rude and unwelcoming ( his name was Mathew ) he was demanding and refused to end the contract I brought this matter to attention of Marco which I believe was store manager We asking you to please look at the this matter

This side mirrors couldn’t be adjusted, and they were not in a good position for me. I half to a third of the view of the mirror was looking at the side of the truck instead of where it needed to be. Having really cheap side mirrors that cannot be adjusted are a real liability, for everyone.

Thrilled that staff unhooked and moved trailer without me having to back it in.

Tire Pressure Monitor warning remained on entire time I had the truck. Apparently no one checks this before truck is rented. Also, I picked up the truck with 1/8 tank of gas and invoice said I’d be due $25 credit for fuel if returned with 1/4 tank or more. However, I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of gas but was only given $10.50 fuel credit.

I made the reservation a week in advance. When I got there, they couldn't find the truck. Then when they did, they couldn't find the keys. Then, after I got home, I realized that the utility dolly, the appliance dolly, and the furniture pads that I reserved a week in advance and paid for, were not in the truck. I called back, got auto-transferred to a UHaul in Arizona, who then told me that UHaul of Van Nuys didn't have the equipment at all, despite the fact that I made the reservation A WEEK IN ADVANCE. Then they transferred me to scheduling, who then hung up on me. I called back, got transferred three or four more times, and was then told to go to a UHaul at a different location to pick up the equipment. I go there, and they refuse to give me the equipment. Apparently, since I paid for equipment from Van Nuys that I never got, I couldn't get equipment from a second location, without first going back to Van Nuys, getting a refund for equipment I didn't have, then go back to the second location and re-purchase everything I never got. I then left, and went to Home Depot for the equipment because it took two seconds. I wasted half of my day looking for the fucking equipment I needed for my move, and I only had the truck for 24 hours. On top of that, when O signed the contract, they told me I had the Uhaul for 24 hours, and mentioned NOTHING about there being a 30 mile travel limit on the rental. So all that driving I did in order to get the equipment that I NEVER GOT? Yeah, they charged me for it. I will NOT be renting with UHaul ever again.

I have always had a good experience at this location.

This location is terrible. I called ahead to make 20 reservations for every weekend, and I discussed the need to have Uhaul charge my card on file since the person picking it up will be different and we didn't want the person picking up the Uhaul to have to pay anything. The person that I made the reservation with said that was fine and that the person picking it up just needed to state that when they picked up the Uhaul. All deposits were made to hold the reservations with the same card, so it wasn't a complicated request. Every time someone has had to pick up the Uhaul, someone at this location has given them grief. It is incredibly frustrating because there is an issue every weekend with someone at the local center. There are definitely notes in the account that we use, so you'd think the center staff would learn by now and get on the same page.

a bit of a long line but everything else was fine.

- When you reserve online you assume when you arrive you d My need to wait in a 1hr line while there are only two people helping a line of people like it’s the DMV - I was told me the 15feet truck would have a dolly and mattress pads. This is not in the truck and it made the move a lot harder because we needed to use it . - It shouldn’t be this difficult to pay for a Truck that you’ve reserved . I stood in line from 10:04pm - 11am . That’s insanity. Plus you have a sign with a girl smiling big stating book online and skip the line. I went to the front ask the workers , and said your sign even advertises that you don’t need to wait in line . He said it’s not true only way we can help you if you wait in line . 1hr is insane !

The location was under-staffed for a high-volume moving weekend. The staff handled their stressful situation well, but the customers had to wait a long time to be helped with their business. Management should pay heed to volume and staff accordingly, please!

I couldn't get the lock of the truck door gate, and I ordered 2 Dolly's and zero were on the truck. Not even the one that u have to break the seal for that is normally in the truck. We had to drive all the way back to the store and the attendant didn't even bother to put the dolly's in the truck or close the back gate! Most of their customers where irate at 7:30am and by 8:30am I could understand why. And the parking

Luis handled the drop-off; polite, courteous...great customer-facing individual. This is the reason people come back to U-Haul!

I arrived around 7:15am this morning and only 1 person helping a line of 5 customers. The only person working was a poor pregnant girl moving the trucks and hitching trailers. I felt so sad for her, I asked her if I could help her and she said she was ok. This is totally unacceptable! Not to mention the liability! Totally wrong to leave her alone! And to add to this, I called corporate 3 different times, in different hours and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE pick up! Poor service
