Great service & Price
Phil HAfter all of the hassle in actually getting the truck I had booked and confirmed from a different location, I ended up with a truck much too large for the job I needed and had to drive to a second dealer to get it. Way more money for fuel, way more money per km but it seems no one seemed to care. I will be hard pressed to ever say anything good about U-Haul
Sean STruck was really dirty and fuel level was not accurate, had to have attendant come and view fuel level before leaving. Blankets were not in truck, had to get attendant to go and get them.

NANCY FIt was very easy to book the appointment and the equipment was excellent. The only suggestion I have is that between the printed and electronic receipts there were discrepancies. It was difficult to make sense of it. Also I was charged for more mileage that I actually used. There could be some improvements made in this area. But overall, very good.

Umberto MBooked weeks ahead a 20 foot truck, but when we picked it up there was only a 15 foot truck available. This is very poor service as we had to get 3 more vehicles for our move. Will not recommend your company.

Mary JWas an actual nightmare! 2 times I've gotten trucks off these guys, ordered a big truck, had to pick up barrie, orillia, so had to take 15' ( I lived in penetang) There was a 20' maybe 26' sitting there and was told it was already rented, drove by their 3 times all day and that truck was still sitting there! Guy gave me a hard time about gas when I was right because I took a pic when I got in the cab! Overall 3 and a half stars, the fact I still got my move done lmao
Billy WTrailer full of leaves. Had to hook up trailer by myself and drop off by myself. Ordered furniture blankets and received nearly half I paid for. Was charged for insurance when I didn't order it.

Joan GI would not recommend this location, or U-Haul if you're using a trailer and don't have someone with you for assistance. I picked up a 6x12 trailer and couldn't lift it onto my hitch myself. I wasn't offered any help by an attendant. there was no lift or jack on the trailer to lift it either. I went back in to ask for assistance and the attendant was very hesitant but said he would be out "soon". there were at least 2 other people in the back room/office of the location, it took the front counter attendant 20 minutes before he came out to assist me. If attendants aren't readily available during operating hours for assistance with the equipment, there should at least be proper equipment available.

Joe TThere were literally no small enclosed cargo trailers available around end of August and early September. Had to call uhaul many times to get a trailer which was over one hour away. So very difficult and time consuming to find & book a unit.
Rick MEmployee knew nothing about reservations and was too busy serving others and not in any hurrry to do the uhaul sale .
Monica VOnly issue there was no gas cap, it was covered with duct tape & our fingers got covered in glue when filling up with gas.
Brett LDropped off the truck we rented and since we could not extend that rental for one more day we rented the cargo van. The van was absolutely disgusting. Excessive dirt on floor, hair of some sort all over cloth seats, moving blankets in back that smelled as if they had been used to cover a horse out at pasture. Only one employee who was busy running the gas station also. We asked if he had a vacumn so we could clean ourselves and he did not. For the money it would be nice to pick up a clean vehicle. In both of our rental cases we did the cleaning, or tried. I dont know, perhaps it states somewhere in the contract that the customer picking up a vehicle is supposed to clean it? If u r renting these things out why would u not have a vacumn at your store? Cleanliness of vehicles needs some attention.

Kimberley LOverall the service from the location I got my Uhaul from was terrible at best. He kept promising stuff he couldn’t keep and kept saying our contract was cancelled and did not know what he was doing. Told me that because my Uhaul wasn’t here that there was nothing he could do. He had no idea of the timeframes at which his vehicles were out and outright lied just to try and get us to leave. “Come back Monday and speak to my manager”. It was Saturday and we needed the vehicle at 5:00pm(reservation was made weeks prior to this date) NOT monday……

Richard LI could not use my phone to upload my license with the link like they asked. That's a silly policy, not everyone has phones that can do that for various reasons. Also the vehicle had no washer fluid.
Jay KI took the time to do online check in but when I arrived the system was down and I had to check in in person. The van hadn’t been swept out previously - which I don’t mind, unless the last customer had been charged a service fee but it wasn’t actually swept out.

Cindy BWhen trying to drop off the keys to the truck, the person was extremely combative even after I had already paid and dropped off the truck online. He screamed about how I needed to find the receipt or he would charge me again. I have rented many uhuals in the past and never had an issue dropping off my truck, even at this location.
KAITLYN PThis drop off location was excellent however we experienced HUGE difficulties that was not the fault of this location but was due to the exceptionally bad service I received from U-haul when trying to contact over the phone due to service issues. I will be putting forward a formal complaint
Scott LA little mud on the foot steps of the driver's side when boarding first time. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience using the Cargo Van.
PATRICK CNo washer fluid in reservoir. Airbag safety inspection light is on. Inside and bag were dirty, should be swept out at least and sanitized. Computer System did not work for the employee when vehicle returned. I was only given 1/4 tank of gas, so I had to fill to complete my trip. Left over gas I purchased was not reimbursed.
Barb PFor some reason I was given a receipt for $316.44 but $352.48 was charged to my credit card. There is no explanation of extra charges etc.
Jamie TPicking up the uhaul was by far the worst uhaul experience I have ever had. I used the 2r hour truck share so checked in though the app. When it was time to go in and get my key that is when my experience became unpleasant. The man behind the counter was not helpful and when I asked for the key he freaked out and got aggressive saying 'WHAT KEY, WHAT KEY' Instead of telling Me that he needed the truck number to identify the key. He began yelling about paper work he would need to do, until I was able to calm him down enough to clarify what information he needed. He was super unpleasant and rude. A quick review of Google reviews after my experience it became apparent this is a normal experience at this location. Will never use this location again.
Ann KCharge me 17 dollars for gas when I left it there with more than I got ! Totally a rip off ! Never will I use U-Haul again , you should have every vehicle filled so this rip of system stops !!!
Jeffrey SSee above. Further note: the employee at drop off had a terrible time completing the online close out. It was a long wait. They were polite though, to their credit. Just not as helpful as I wished. The truck was very nice, though.
