Peter WThere was no uhaul representative, just the gas station attendant who took our paperwork and said all good, I'll tell the other guy it is here. No one offered to help us unhitch the trailer, show us where to park it, or even truly confirm we did drop it off. Thankfully your online return process allowed me to take pictures of the trailer and where we parked it, so that should be sufficient evidence we brought it back as expected.

RUSS LBooked a larger trailer but was not able to move due to snow, had to rent a smaller trailer for 2 days instead.
CHRISTINE LWe are extremely disappointed with the state we found the truck in. It was covered in 2 feet of snow and took an hour for us to dig out which cut into our reservation time. Although the employees at Ultramar, where kind and offered us a $20 discount we do not feel that this is sufficient for the experience we had. We would like to request a full refund for the day.

Mike LStaff was very accommodating when, what I had reserved a Trailor the renter before me called and said he would late to return. The staff supplied a large alternative at the same price. I appreciated what they had done. Made arrangements that I did not have to return it back at the pick up location. I could drop it off at another location 70 Miles away at no extra cost. RICHARD CThe first trailer I was told to use was covered in snow which was not an issue but the lights didn’t work and the plug was really badly corroded and I couldn’t use that trailer. I was told by the attendant to take it like it was and fix the wires and he wouldn’t charge me for the use of the trailer. I refused to take that trailer and then he said I could take another one.
GAETAN DThe only issue I had was it took an hour for the return which is ridiculous. The employee was trying to run the store side of things as well as the returns. Several times a lottery player pushed to the front to cash in and purchase more tickets. I didn't mind that once or twice but he did it appropriately 6 times leaving me to wait even longer. Poorly set up to run two businesses at one location and only one employee.
THOMAS WEquipment that I reserved was not available when I went to pick it up.
Scott ATrailer had not been swept out. Two of the four tires needed replacement due to tread-wear.

LOIS PTruck has garbage inside the doors. Check engine light is on. Low tire pressure. Left passenger side made crazy noise like a bearing needs replaced. Truck stunk in the cabin.

DALE RLocation staff: Very Knowledgeable and Helpful Completeness of rental equipment: Found rental of a 12' trailer awkward without tongue jack included. Hmmm. I'd suggest any trailer should incl tongue jack to prevent injury to renter -- lifting or controlling weight of trailer when dis/connecting trailer from tow vehicle.

GARYC WWhen we arrived for the pick up in Fergus there was very little information given, the truck was not even inspected before we left. We then received a voice mail to advise that we would have to drop the truck off in Innisfil, which was not the original agreed upon drop-off location. We ended up dropping off at the agreed upon location in Midland. The staff at the Midland location were very helpful, checked the truck and completed the check in. I then received another call from U-Haul head office validating that we had dropped off the truck and again mentioning about the Innisfil drop off location. Very unorganized, you would think that when the truck was dropped off that would register in the system.

Tim BEvery time I rent, the trailer size I have reserved is not available and I end up with a larger, more difficult to manoeuvre, trailer Equipment was clean, but the trailers are all old.
DENIS FI requested 24 furniture pads but they only had 13. I was told the truck would take 1/2 a tank or so for my planned move. I spent $100.00 to fill the tank. approx75 litres I returned the truck with the tank 3/4 full But I noted the documents only listed it as 1/2 full The staff told me he could not bring the furniture pads out because he had a bad back? They weigh nothing. The truck was clean and ran well. It wandered a lot and needed constant correction. Could need an alignment or tie rod check. Overall pretty good for a rental. I do appreciate the deck height. Thank you

Bob rI wasn't able to use the app at this location, but the gentleman at Ultramar was extremely helpful and delightful to deal with. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and efficient. If I need to rent a Uhaul again, I will return to this location.
