They didn’t have any training. They cancelled my reservation after 38 minutes since the reservation started. They said they called me but I never got any calls from U-Haul . And then it took an hour and 15 minutes to get the reservation going when I got there. Brutal that you gave these guys a location. I had to call the support myself while I was there and the agent said he’s never seen anything like this in the 10 years he’s been working there.
Elijah FThe folks at the location were very friendly. But my rental contract included a hand truck and two dollies. I was charged for those when I picked up the truck but that location didn't have those items. Apparently they never have those items. Not sure why I wasn't told this in advance.
Robert MImpossible to know how much gas to add when finished. I was charged extra even though I did put in gas when returning the truck. The system was unable to self check out when I returned the truck so I handed the key to the staff there.
