This store cancels customers online reservations to force us to go into the store to complete the rental. The employees refuse to wear masks and I have personally had their employees try to talk me out of wearing my own mask and practicing social distancing. They also added unauthorized charges to my bill BOTH times that I was forced to use their vehicles.

We dropped off the trailer at night. It's a difficult location. Then, come to find out, they charged us two extra rental days! I don't know if they don't inspect the inventory on their lot or what, but I had to call U-haul to have them reverse the extra charge.

The service at this location was very good, but the truck was not clean when I picked it up. The truck windows were very dirty, and the back was full of dirt, leaves and pine needles which I had to sweep before I could load up my stuff. I also had to wash all the windows, and returned the truck much cleaner than when I received it.

I will never be using U-Haul again. I ordered a utility trailer 3 weeks ago, did online check in, paid, everything. I called to confrim i could pick up the trailer after driving 6 HOURS because i had yet to receive a confirmation call or anything. THE TRAILER WASNT THERE. The lady who answered the phone couldnt believe nobody had contacted me letting me know the pick up location had changed even tho i reserved this thing 3 weeks ago. THEY TRIED TO CHANGE IT 2 HOURS AWAY FROM ME. THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOX TRUCK WHEN I SAID I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE DRIVING AN EXTRA 2 HOURS FOR THE TRAILER WHEN I RESERVED IT 20 MINUTES AWAY. Horrible experience, Uhaul is a JOKE. wasnt either of these two locations in general. just U-Haul as a company.

The U-Haul was disgusting. Stains from drinks and other unknown substances in the cabin. Dirt, leaves, mud, other unknown substances in the back. This lack of cleanliness is especially concerning in the midst of a pandemic. There was only one person working there, he is extremely slow and has poor communication; even when I returned the U-Haul, I handed him the keys, he motioned as if for me to follow him while he entered the information in the computer I assume, I stood and waited ten minutes before he finally said, “Oh, you can go.” He also apparently added the SafeMove coverage without ever asking or discussing it with me. I've absolutely never had such a bad experience with U-Haul.

Got charged for insurance I didn't select or want. Also given the wrong key to the truck. Business closed and I had to knock on the door to get someone's attention after hours because they locked my correct truck In the back.

I was charged for insurance and I specifically said I did not want this. On my contract it show no insurance and yet when I turned in the rental the insurance charge was on it. I find that very dishonest and not happy with the rental place. I would not recommend this dealer for pick-up.

Mobile pick up was not as easy as expected. Took a long time to go through the process and still had to go inside to pick up the keys even though there were lock boxes on the side of the building.

Actually have the right pick up location accurate(mileage costs money) the app sucks, and had to constantly retype in my email or phone number, it took a half hour to be “certified” before I can drive the truck, absolute shit show, very unsatisfied

This location is great! I originally needed just storage and they threw in the pickup truck for free along with the first month! Family owned and you can tell the difference in their customer service from other locations! Highly recommend to others!

Person where I picked it up were great reservation people were horrible why reserve a trailer two weeks at a time only to get called the night before before we are picking it up to tell us they don't have that size available and if we want that you need to drive 40 minutes farther than the four hours we were already driving I will buy a trailer before I rent one through the reservations. Person who called had no understanding or help just give us a smaller trailer

Had issues when using the app to verify milage and fuel level. It wouldnt let me take the photo of the cluster and verify. I ended up closing the app because it wouldnt work. When i checked in the vehicle i left it with more gas then i had checked it out with but in my final costs i had a 4 dollar fuel charge. Really dissapointed that i saw that charge especially after checking in the vehicle 18 hours early.

Good evening- I picked up a truck on Saturday at 8am. I drove it 8 miles to the house we were packing for departure. At 9am, I noticed a huge puddle of antifreeze below the engine, I reported the issue immediately. I ended up repairing a loose clamp on the coolant hose and filled the radiator and overflow with nearly 2 gallons of antifreeze. It took 2 hours. I was told that the 40 dollars worth of coolant and the tools I bought to fix the leaking hose would be reimbursed to me upon drop off in Snohomish. Thankfully, I made it from Spokane to Snohomish, Washington the next day. Upon returning the truck, no one was present. I left a message about the issues and deposited the key. For all my trouble, work and expense, I received no reimbursement; instead, I got a 100 bill for gas (which included a ridiculous 30 add on for having to fill the tank). Furthermore, I was told to handle the reimbursement with corporate. Awful experience. I'll be sure to communicate the shoddy service and terrible condition of the truck to anyone who asks about U-haul in the future. Ben Walker

truck windshield dirty. Stabilitrac warning light came on for half the day on four days of the six day trip. the mobile check-in took about half an hour--luckily I could go inside because it was blazing hot outside beside the truck. and I couldn't believe there was such security to rent a truck compared to the cars I rent for business trips every week.

Well, first of all, I had reserved for a location near my home. You called and asked if I could pick up at a different location to drop off at a totally different location. I agreed to avoid hassle. When I arrived, there were no trucks. The guy, after spending 10 minutes on the phone bad mouthing other UHaul employees drove me to a different location in his personal vehicle (as I was dropped off). Now I'm 40 minutes past my reservation time (on a schedule). The new location was unorganized as well. Anyway, truck was solid... UHauls service and presentation was a 2 out of 10.

I rented a vehicle hauler. I towed it for 2.5 hours to pick up my disabled truck only to find that it was too small to hold my truck. I lost five hours and a lot of fuel for nothing. I want my money back!

Maybe for the next customer you should walk them through step by step how to chain up the tow just incase something becomes loose on the road trip. Maybe also explain step by step how the strap system works, and even how to load/unload your vehicle. Not everyone is tech savvy or has the extra time to watch videos. Also, you should help the renter get the truck out of your lot. Trying to navigate your tiny lot having no prior experience was a nightmarish way to start my trip.
