No one was there. I dropped the keys and tried to check in the truck online, but couldn't get the odometer picture because I no longer had the keys. It would've been nice to have someone there to help. I didn't know the procedure. I don't move that often.Daniel W.

We picked up the trailer at 12:30 on 9/13, rented it and paid for 6 days. Logically, I expected the trailer to be due back 6 days later which would be 12:30 on 9/19. We returned the trailer by 6:00 pm on 9/18, a day before it was due. However we were charged for an extra day. Ridiculous!Jim L.

I reserved a trailer about 10 days in advance. Two days before I was to get the trailer, I received a call saying that the trailer I had reserved was not going to be available! No trailer was available in San Angelo. I had to travel to a neighboring town to get a trailer. About 100 miles round trip. I had to go a day early to get the trailer. Yes, I am very unhappy. Your service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Mike E.
