pick up process highly flawed. I reserved a 8:30 pick up time and wasn’t able to get the vehicle till 10:00 due to the u-haul app not working and the location didn’t open till 10. it cost me an extra 200.00 for the movers given the delay . The vehicle had 1/8 of a tank of gas upon pick up and the vehicle was very old and the brakes were very soft. ai will not ever rent from u-haul again and will consider other brands.

Trying to rent and pick up a truck using the uhaul app is hopeless. The app is buggy and I had to call customer service twice just to complete the process and I never was able to upload photos of the vehicle for my protection because the app kept failing. Never again.

LO SI believe is was new Uhaul location. The gentleman was very nice and needs more training. He did not know how to print the paper work and the gas was 1/8 less than what he reported on the paper. A little disappointed! We use the van to deliver balloons and obviously needed to be more clean. Overall, I should give less than 5 starts but I will give him 5 stars for this effort.
