Only thing I would suggest is letting people know that sometimes there is no person in the office but that y'all have a box that we will get the key from me. I was panicking because nobody was there and I needed to get the truck as soon as possible.

I went 10 miles and the warning light came on saying I was low on gas. I was told I needed to bring the truck back with 1/4 tank of gas. I did not start off with 1/4 tank of gas. It was almost on empty.

The mobile pick-up process was NOT user friendly. I do not necessarily blame this on the specific location. Apparently, the pickup process has to be initiated via an obscure link in an email with no clear directions. The return process was very smooth because it was all handled via the app. Not sure why the pickup process can't also be handled via the app.

Have location marked better. Had to walk around finally found someone and ask if he knew anything about the truck rental. His response was oh hey we are running late. When putting in my order I was told I could pick it up at 8 but this place didn't open till 10. Unhappy with pickup!!!

The location where I dropped the truck and equipment off was closed.I tired calling them but no answer .It was confusing.somewhat,there was little spaces to pull the truck into.

Clean location. Office was a mess, location was a mess. Personnel not available to assist Submit turn in equipment in a timely manner, my equipment was turn in 4 days ago and it is still showing outstanding. Unacceptable service.

the man in the shop didn't help us unhook the trailer and my 84 yr old grandfather had to get out and do it himself again this is bad customer service

I never received a copy of my contract for my records. We were told the contract in the folder needed to be left with the equipment when we dropped off to cutters edge in claremore on a sunday night. You can get me a copy of my contract.

gas gauge did not work stuck on 3/4 tank... had to argue with d.o location about it we had gas reciept and offered to take them to station to top it off.... IT WAS FULL!!! Need to learn manners
