When I dropped off the trailer, a guy came out of the building pointed and said "Down there" I pulled my truck down next to a bunch of broken down cars and other U-Haul trailers. He unhooked the trailer with no care for the trailer or my truck, yanking on the light cable to disconnect it and flinging the chains. He then proceeded to drag the back of the trailer in the rocks to slow it down. when he got about 6 ft from where he wanted it, he dropped the trailer tongue and let the trailer roll down hill into another trailer and hit it. I have never wished so much for a dash camera to document this careless behavior. I was afraid I was going to get charged for damages he caused, but it appears he didn't note any damages as my receipt did not show any damages. No communication, not signatures, no care for the equipment. I was appalled.

ANTHONY LTrain staff how to check them out in a timely manner. Train staff how to connect trailer to vehicle correctly. Yes they did that wrong and had to be asked to fix it.

Jenifer REmployee was very passive aggressive. He kept on repeating himself saying “you will get an email that it’s dropped off”in a rude way to any questions I had which was nothing to do with the questions I asked. Also the day before I attempted to drop off the truck and the dealership closed off all entrances to the dealership so I was unable to drop off the U-Haul that day.

SUSAN BOverall, really happy with the experience of renting AU. Hall only critique I have is when returned. If someone checks out the u hole after Sean has rented it, that they check behind the seat in the cab, to see if there's in trash but other than that, the truck was well maintained to be used to do what I needed to do. So overall, I gave it 5 stars.

Marshall SI will be renting from these folks again. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me hook up my trailer and checked all the lights and turn signals. When I returned the trailer, he was there to help me again. He asked how my trip went and if the trailer towed ok. Thanks again, it was a great experience.

Keith AVery narrow entrance and exit to the pickup location. Employee was surprised that I had a reservation but the equipment and supplies were available. Employee was very helpful with hookup but should have explained weight distribution requirements for trailers. I was aware of the requirements for weight distribution in trailers when towing and was surprised it wasn't mentioned.

Mark SVery difficult entry to the lot. I had to unhook the car out in a busy street because it was not possible to pull into the lot. The property is sloppedand mostly dirt. Employee offered no assistance. Difficult to turn my RV around to get back out.

carol sThe uhaul agent was incredibly rude to me. Speaking over me when the reservation details were wrong. The check engine light was on when I got the rental and was ignored about it. The inside of the cab also smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I had an asthma attack. I hope to never go to this location again. I contacted uhaul directly immediately after leaving the rental location. I was seriously appalled by how I was treated.
