We got there to pick truck up at 8:30am. No one was there The code we were sent was invalid. Called the local phone # and the girl was really no help, My brother and I both placed calls to U-haul to get a code. We were on hold for so long then connected to someone else. Anyway, an hour-and-a-half later we finally got a correct code, Supposedly the locks were recently changed.Thomas R.
I had ordered a dolly and furniture pads with my order. Both of which were not inside of truck. I called to ask if i could possibly get one since i had already paid my reservation. The person at this certain location said and quote "we are closed on the weekends, i do not know what to tell you." . This was the worst service. I was on a time crunch and my schedule was set back because i had to try and find someone in uhaul to get me my dolly. I never recieved tge dolly or pads. Thouvh i did get a refund after 2/3 hours of searching.Luciano Z.

The truck that I got needs to be repaired or taken out of the fleet. The AC didn't work properly, and the knob on the driver side window came off in my hand several times. The defrost didn't work when it was needed. There was no cruise control and the headlights on the truck were horrible. All of these issues were not the fault of the people at the pick up location. These issues can only be resolved by the Uhaul company.Russell M.

When we went to put gas in the uhaul the truck wouldn't start and after five minuets of trying to release the ignition it finally started and they need to be more clear how they do the billing process because they charged my account twice and charged for a after hours fee when they shouldn't have.Brent J.
Nobody available upon return and. Loses during business hours posted. Was charges for blankets and a dolly I did not order or take to use. Was told it would be removed upon return and still charged. Made numerous calls to location and given the run around and told To call 800 number which is as useless As well. Lady that answered every time I called location had the slightest care to attempt To correct the problem.John H.
First of all, my reservation was for 830 am but this location doesn't open until 900. I arrived and waited until someone got there. He told me he had to go tow a car and it couldn't wait so could I wait 15 minutes or so. I said ok. He then asked what I had reserved and I told him a 6 x 12 trailer and he said he didn't have one but to call another location. We called all the others in Uvalde but none had that size trailer. Left with no choice we waited until he got back and took a 5 x 8 trailer, which was not big enough for our move so that means we have to rent another trailer at a later date to finish our move. In fairness the man who worked there he was helpful and coordinated switching our reservation to the 5 x 8 trailer and got the price adjusted. He also told us he was not normally open on Saturdays for U-Haul reservations. So, apparently the reservation was completed for a location that could not support it and he only was there to tow in the car. All in all we were there about an hour and a half to pick up a trailer that was not what we reserved or needed and now have to do this all over again to finish our move. Again I want to make it clear it was not this locations fault. He told us he did not even have a reservation for us.Kevin B.

I had the trailer reserved for 9 AM when they opened. I got there at 8:50 and no one showed up until 930 and it was not the person that knew how to write up the paperwork so he just gave me the trailer. When I drop the trailer off the same mechanic was there but no one was there to do any paperwork so he just told me to go on my phone and check it in. I will not rent from this location againGeorge P.
The crappy U-Haul app wasn't working. An employee walked out of the gate and said he was off duty and could help because he didn't have access to anything. Spent 45 minutes trying to check the truck in Online and he comes back and says he called his supervisor and she will check it in. We gave him the keys and later that evening I receive the final receipt. Your app needs Serious improvements. Extremely frustrating to spend two days moving and then can't get the truck check in because you have poor technology.Tabytha K.

When I reserved the rental, insurance was discussed and I was told I could opt out of it since we were renting a trailer and our vehicle coverage should cover the trailer if needed. However the coverage was added to my final charge with no option to remove it after the fact. Not pleased with that. We were told to drop the trailer off since the manager was not available to receive it at the time.Kim S.

This uhaul location that I turned the truck into said I drove an extra 1500 miles and tried charging my credit card $1250.00 more when they wrote down the wrong milage off a different truck in there lot. And they charged my card before calling me. I am very unhappy with this location.JESSIE J.
