People in the depanneur were very kind. The problems we had were with the process in the app for picking up and dropping off the truck. The instructions indicated to putting the key in a box, and then they asked us pictures from inside the truck. The commerce was closed and we had to wait until the next day and pay the double. Instructions are not clear at all and it took a very long time. We lost a lot of time and money in that. I called for assistance and the woman on the phone was rude and not helpful.

Du début à la fin, ce fut une location difficile. D’abord, j’ai appelé directement Uhaul pour effectuer la réservation. J’ai reçu le lien de la réservation et j’ai choisi l’option de me présenter au comptoir du point de service pour compléter le contrat. La personne sur place ne savait pas du tout quoi faire, il a mis bcp de temps à trouver le code pour nous donner les clés du camion. Puis, on agent Uhaul m’a appelé pour me dire que je n’avais pas complété le contrat. Je lui ai expliqué que je m’étais présentée au comptoir de VD Dépanneur et que l’employé avait aucune idée quoi faire. Bref, ns avons complété le contrat au téléphone. J’ai ramené le camion chez VD Dépanneur, fait le plein et encore une fois, l’employé était incapable de fermer le contrat. J’ai dû ré communiquer par téléphone avec Uhaul pour obtenir de l’aide. J’ai perdu bcp de temps avec tout ça. Bref, je ne peux pas recommander ce service à d’autres personnes.
GUY BIt took us over an hour to get assistance. The lock code provided was incorrect, and once we finally managed to open it, the keys were not even inside. This was by far the worst truck rental experience we’ve ever had.
