The computer network was not working from the headquarters in Arizona through no fault of the local office. Fortunately the owner Vince knew how to use a backup method. His assistant Nathan was an excellent front counter guy and was equally polite and efficient. I highly recommend them and this location.

When I arrived the 26’ truck I reserved was not available. They told me I could get it from a neighboring town that was 40 minutes away I told them that wouldn’t work because I scheduled movers and would lose a lot and f the time I paid for. There solution was a 20’ truck with a 9x12 trailer. The problem was the trailer was not functioning and the 20’ truck had a very low tire. They agreed to put air in the tire but then realized their air pump was also not functioning. I eventually had to go to the neighboring town to get the truck but I was forced to load the truck mostly on my own. I have never been so disappointed in a U Haul experience. The last time I rented from this location the truck I reserved was blocked in by other trucks, luckily a maintenance guy came in early and was able to get the keys for the trucks so I could get my truck out.

Nate was very friendly and helpful. He advised on what I should do, buy and installed the towing system for me. I had one of my best experiences ever with him. All people at this dealership are very friendly and make you feel at home!

UHaul needs to improve functionality of the UHaul App to make it more practical for degraded internet connectivity. Needs to be simplified. It is way too dependent on connectivity to function and interruptions or weak signals interfere with the process. This requires needless repetition by customers or vendors to process simple rentals. UHaul IT needs to simplify or reprogram it to operate in commonly degraded internet environments. Thank You

I reserved my van for 8am and a pickup with my phone. It was not set up that way and I had to return an hour later to pick up the van. Not only did this lack of attention to my reservation put me an hour behind but the person dropping me off now had their morning wrecked as well. When I mentioned it to the young man checking me in, he said nothing. No apology. Nothing. There was also a sign in the reception room that said "Right equipment, right location, right time or you get $50." I mentioned that to the man checking me in. And he just laughed. So I am asking you, when do I get my $50? Don't offer virtual pick up if it is not going to be honored. In addition I called your customer service line and was tranfered to to scheduling who was as rude as he could be and basically told me it was just too bad and I could drive an hour away if I wanted to get a truck that early. Why would you employ someone like that? Terrible experience. Please let me know how I can recieve my $50 for this horrible experience.
