VINCENZO RDo not rent that vehicle again, it is unsafe and need repairs. I'm not sure and is unbelievable that u haul is renting such vehicle in that state that was previously in an accident and need repairs. I thank God that I survived driving that vehicle, I told the location and showed video of the vehicle steering wheel while it is in motion and was told u haul was aware of the vehicle condition yet continue to rent it.
AINSWORTH OEnsure times of location are well communicated. We had to wait a 1/2 hour as the location was opening later than was indicated on the Website.

VASIM VClerk was very nice and patient. Helped me check in and out quickly. Location is suitable but small and parking can be difficult at times, especially with a larger truck. Overall, a good location and good customer service.
RIYAZ RThe call center guy messed up! I requested to include a hitch for towing and the guy didn't include that and I forgot to ask during pick up because during my rentals last truck always came with a hitch. Unfortunately, couldn't tow anything not even my boat. Cut a week trip to 3days.
Mohammad HThe staff was very kind but we received the truck 3.5 hours after it was supposed to be available. Super tough on an out of towner when it's supposed to be a quick in and out move. Please don't let people keep the truck longer than they have it reserved. Good business for the location maybe but I won't be back.

Mussie AI found the inside of the vans to be very dirty and smelled badly. The first vehicle shown had some sort of oil spilled inside. The second vehicle, which I had to use, was also dirty with construction type debris and bad smell. I had to use drop-sheet before loading my furniture for move. CLEAN THE VEHICLES INSIDE AT LEAST.
James BBecause they charge fuel service fee of $30, even though i refill fuel. But a very subtle difference was there. I don’t want to refill again for $2 thats why i ignore. Now instead of $2 , i got charge for $30

Sakib NVan was dirty. Parked amongst garbage and clothes in the parking lot. Uhaul attendant at store was not prepared even though I did mobile check in. Took half an hour.
Alex GInside of the van was dirty and the driver's side wiper was not working properly, making the drive in winter hazardous and bad visibility. Also we had selected "mobile" pick up with zero contact but the keys were kept inside the store by the clerk.

SRIYAN PFirst off the truck was not cleaned at all. I had to clean it in order to use it. Second, I rented blankets for my furniture, but they were unusable. They were wet and so dirty they looked like someone just pulled them out of the bottom of a lake. I could not use them. Thirdly, costumer service was zero. The person serving me at this location took over a half an hour to rent me the truck. He continually kept pushing me onto the side so he can serve his own costumers at the convenient store. I could have been out of there in 5 minutes, instead I was put on hold on the side there for several times, and had to wait for him to finish with other costumers, who of course kept coming. I am not even sure if I wanna deal with Uhaul again.

Jason PLocation forgot to prepare the van the prior day. Scheduled for 9 am pickup through uhual app but as they didn't prepare it the day before I had to wait until 10:10am on a Sunday for them to open the store.
MAICKEL SThe location and vehicle were fine. However, the online approval process took a half hour and resulted in me sitting in a parking lot staring at my phone. I had tight time constraints and this caused me to be a half hour late to my destination. I had people who were depending on that truck waiting around. It not only delayed me but several others.

Mackenzie GBusy Convenience store , 1 person working, hard to understand English. Initial cost online with UHAUL was $500. Charged $1150.00 for a 15 Ft Truck once delivered. $600.00 on hidden charges that cant be justified. rented a 20 foot truck that cost me $500 total from a different location for the same day...no issues. A definite Fraud at this location.

VIPINDAS SI booked it because it was close to my home. The van smelled so bad that I had to drive with windows open all the time. It's shows that they are not worried about the customer safety as they didn't bother to clean the van for the next customer. And I never had a experience with U-Haul before. I won't recommend anyone for that garbage van.
