Brian CDrop off was unacceptable. There was no building only a 8x10” box to drop key in. It was after hours but location was hard to find when looking for a building. Wish I’d been told I was looking for a box. However customer service on the phone was more than helpful and kind and very understanding!!

LARRY TTruck mirrors loose and would not stay adjusted, very dangerous. Visits loose and constantly falling down. Steering loose and needs attention. The crew was fabulous, but non disclosed charges were upsetting. A $19.95 truck for a few local hours cost me almost $75.00, not a good value..
Donna HStore opened late but manager compensated me for that. I was fortunately I scheduled my move crew for an hour after store opening. Overall a good experience and will need to rent another truck/help this year.
