The truck operated well, but the 12 volt outlets were not able to keep my iPad charged for the 7 hour trip including the usb charger plug.

No one was there to make sure the lights worked. The equipment was all beat up and terrible customer service! Worst U Haul I have ever been to. I asked if they wanted to check over the trailer. They said "No" you're good to go. With no lights working. 0 star for this place!

We used the online pick up process and it gave us some issues. I did the initial registration with no issue but was in limbo of what to do next. The pickup vehicle button online was not available until we called customer service and they reviewed the registration and triggered something where I could proceed. A little more description between registration and what to do if pickup vehicle button has not been released to proceed would have saved me a lot of time. All in all, love the flexibility to pick up the truck online during abnormal business hours.

Scheduled pick up was 9am, no one was available to help us until 1030 which put us behind on our move. There was poor customer service. No apology for not being there.

We had no problems. When we pulled into the lot and were trying to figure out where to go an employee spotted us and immediately directed us. Then he offered to back the trailer in for us which was super helpful. All around friendly guy!

You over charged my card. I brought the uhaul back with more gas than when i got it but you charged me $12. I think uhaul is pertty shady the way you just drop it off but aweek later you charge my card for no reason. Ill never trust uhaul again.
