Unmarked location with no Uhaul logo just bunch of used cars to sell. Felt very uncomfortable with personal who said "just leave the keys and we'll check it in". They gave me NO return confirmation saying they would email it to me, which they never did! Everything about that location felt wrong.Karan R.

Website is extremely glitchy. Even though my website credentials were correct, every time I logged in it said â€œyour session has timed out.â€ Had numerous issues. U didn't tell me I needed a passport so then I had to have a family member called and woken up very early in the morning to â€œconfirm my identityâ€ (when they picked up there was just static on the other line so a lot of good that was). You need to start over on your entire website. Definitely never using Uhaul againBrian M.

The U-haul I was scheduled to pick up was not available at that location, and I was not informed of this, so I arrived on site and they tried to sell me a larger truck at an increased cost upon arrival. Once I informed them "I was not willing to pay for a mistake they made that I was not informed of," they started to find a way to get me the price I already paid for with the equipment they had on site. Overall the interaction for pickup ended fine. However, the truck I had to pick up had about 1/8 of a tank when I picked it up and the same amount when I dropped it off but I was fined for that. I took photos of both qualities at the beginning and end of the trip for reference and was still penalized. Overall my experience with U-haul in the past had been great but this experience was atrocious so I will be seeking outside resources in the future.Jordan B.

The only thing I would suggest is updating the time Verena opens. It wasn't listed on the website but I assumed they would open up by 8:00 am, but they open at 9:00 am. It wasn't an inconvenience as I had a previous meeting at 8:30 and arrived at Verena by 8:50. But if one were to arrive at 8:00, expecting the facility to be open, they may get frustrated waiting an hour.SEAN V.

I was originally supposed to pick up my uhaul at a thrift store on main st in Dunedin FL but when I arrived, there was no uhaul. I spoke with a man named Steve and he stated that building is no longer a drop off or pick up spot and he had to find me another truck. It's frustrating that being able to select that place to pick up which was more convenient for my move but instead had to drive an extra 30 minutes to a brand new destination to get a different truck. This is the first time I've used uhaul, I usually use a different company, now I know why I never used uhaul in the first place.Nicole R.
No drop box for keys when returning after hours. Unable to do a mobile check in. The owner of the car lot kept making me wait while he chatted up people browsing in the lot. I reserved a dolly and he said that he didn't have one, but he could give me a furniture dolly if he could figure out how to change it in the computer, but warned that he â€œwasn't a uhaul expert.â€TAMARA S.

I would highly recommend NOT to use this location. We were charged an extra 37 miles, a $10 coverage fee that I had declined when I reserved the cargo van, and a $25 cleaning fee, when the only thing we picked up was a single cardboard box. Thankfully we had pictures to prove our case, and we refunded what we were owed by U-Haul corporate office.Stewart G.

This site is strictly for a pickup and works well for that, the people working there were very friendly and helpful but they do not have any accessories for purchase. Turned out I needed a hitch pin and had to run to another store to purchase one.Rich T.
The online application booking for a truck was one of the worse I've ever experienced. It's horrible and overkill. Then when i got to desk it got worse. The person was great but your system sucks.Jacqueline F.

How come U-Haul doesn't provide any jacks to hold up the tongue of the trailer? It took 2 employees and myself to lift up the 6'Ã—12' cargo trailer and place it onto the hitch ball because it wouldn't latch onto the receiving ball properly. That's inexcusable on U-Haul's part!HOI-LING S.

Uhaul changed pickup location. They could have picked it up for me. The office was to open at 9:00 but wasn't. I called and he came in shortly. He was apologetic & helped me. No balls for hitch were available to purchase. He was kind and directed me where I could purchase one.Charles H.

Although this location was able to help us and they did a fine job it was the third option that day. The first location where I originally reserved the van " accidentally gave the last van to another customer". They sent me to a second location on US 19 2 miles from them who text me they had the can and my reservation except when I got there nobody was in the office all the doors locked and lights out. I call back to the original location again who sent me to a third location who actually had a van. Overall I would give Uhaul reservations a C rating as it put me hours behind in my day and nobody seemed to care but you were happy to take my moneyJennifer W.
