Honor customer reservations. I reserved a 6x12 bumper trailer at the HSV Ace store 10 days before my 5/2 departure date. I received a notice from U-Haul one day before departure that it would be necessary for me to go 30 miles out of my way to pick up that trailer since they rented my HSV trailer to another customer a day before! This is a bait and switch practice! The purpose of the reservation was to HOLD my reservation, which is WHY I reserved it. Don’t call it a reservation if you have NO intentions of honoring your reservation. Pitiful business practices and unprofessional service by UHaul. When I called UHaul, the lady was rude and could care less regarding my situation. She only offered to cancel the reservation, which was NO reservation! I will not be using or referring others to rent UHaul trailer.
dan aWe returned the truck on Saturday April 17th at 10 am and Anthony did not check in the truck and auto transport when it received. They are closed on Sunday and it was not actually closed until Monday April 20th. No apologies given, only its being taken care of now.

ERNEST ADid not interact with personnel on drop off. Weekend. Phone app could not access camera to upload photos of return. Glitch.
KYLE LHalfway through my journey, I had to purchase engine oil. I had an indicator light alert me that the oil was low. I was basically in the middle of nowhere at that time.

Lonnie BEric is great. He processed our return quickly and even discovered the ball on the hitch was installed upside down at the Little Rock location where we had it installed. Eric removed the ball and flipped it over. Now any trailer we pull will have the tongue lower and ride will be better. We are very pleased with this U-Haul location.

BRENT OAppreciated the help getting trailer hooked up. The indoor help (gentleman) who did our paperwork and charges could of been a little more knowledgeable. Didn't give us the best info on trailer return, however he may not of been a regular and just someone who tried to help out and get us going.
Bill WWas in and out quickly. Truck was in very good condition and drove great from Hot Springs Village back to Maumelle with a FULL load. No issues. Definitely would recommend.

Kenneth SThe inside of the truck had not been cleaned out (the van portion, not the cab of the vehicle). There was a bald tire on the car tow. I pointed out to the U-Haul site in Nort East, MD when I dropped if off as this is dangerous.
Melissa AAs with several other Uhaul outlets.... they had a lot of troubles with Uhaul's computer system...... took over an hour to get a trailer.
DANIEL BTrue pricing! I made what I believed to be a one-way contract only to be told that it was to be dropped off in Bridgeview where I rented the vehicle. I repeatedly told the agent I was going to Hot Springs Village one-way. He looked up the mileage and wrote it down on the contract. If this was to be a two-way contract it should have been 1440 not 720. I can not help that the clerk wrote out the wrong form and made the mistake. This is not my fault and I should not be held to this additional cost as I going by what your agent told me in good faith.
