My pick up time was 9am and no one showed up at this location until 10am. I had to pay my movers for the hour we were seating around. The lady did call me at 9:15 and said she was on her way and would be there in 10 minutes but dud not show up until 9:45. She blamed it on that I had something on my account to clear up. But still had to wait 45 minutes to her to arrive. I will never use UHaul again because of her.

scott lThis isn't a rental site, this is a field where products go to rust. The equipment looked fine but towed horribly. This was an awful unit, it leaked the door was an old roll up door instead of the newer style barn doors it had leftover beer caps inside. I can only imagine the stress this put on my tow vehicle having the trailer sway side to side for 6 hours as I drove from Savannah GA to Clermont Fl. I personally would like a refund for all the hasle.

Savannah OThere was trash in the back including a beer can. I also left a set of keys in the truck and couldn't get ahold of anyone. There is nobody at the location ever unless you have a reserved vehicle I assume.

LAHOPPER CIt's great that your new trucks have these new instrument panels! However, I got pulled over because the running lights were not manually turned on. It was confusing because the headlights were on, but not the running lights. Also, why in 2025 can't U-Haul get equipment that includes a backup camera, and a GPS map system? In particular, you need a map system that advises you where you can drive a large truck, especially for a 20 foot or 26 foot truck.

Michael MStaff the position! Or let the renter know that there won't be any one at the location and they will need to fill out a lot of information online. The person who answered the phone # left in the window gave us another phone # to call. Took approx 25 mins to get the code to unlock the box and get the key. Also I ordered a car trailer which I found out the day before was not available at the location I was picking up the truck. Also I ordered packing blankets. None were provided. The 2 loaders were sent to the original requested pick-up location after I had given Ronnie the address the previous day. The 2 loaders were the only bright spot in this experience. They were courteous and quick. Five stars for them.

I could not believe how beautifully decorated and maintained the U-Haul office was--even down to the lavender-scented soap in the bathroom. It was stunning and let her know how gorgeous and beautifully maintained her office was.
Jessica HThis place is in a bad part of town. It was pouring rain and no one offered to help me unhook the trailer. U haul needs to go do some undercover work at their non company locations. I will stick with company locations in the future.
