Not only did I not want to go here, I was informed less than 10 minutes prior to my 12:30 reservation that the van was not available there, and I would have to travel 20 minutes to a new location for a van. I selected check in via phone, however it still required me to go inside and speak to a staff member. The front desk lady immediately told us to check our emails as if we were born yesterday and didn’t try that. Thankfully the owner was there to open the lockboxes, and he even said “if I wasn’t here today you guys wouldn’t be able to get the key” so my original time for 12:30 had been pushed to almost 1:10 by the time I was allowed to leave the lot with the van. The process for renting these vans needs to be heavily and I mean heavily reviewed, reassessed and reimplemented because I wasted over 20 minutes on a van that I wasn’t even supposed to be dealing with, because my reservation was changed 8 minutes prior. The place itself is not terrible, however everything about this experience (except for the owner and the kind older server/waitress who went to fetch the owner for us when the front staff person was useless)

The rent by app was an absolute nightmare. It cost me so much time because the app did not work, and there was no simple backup system. Why in the world would this not be a clearer situation? Get my info via email, have me put down the payment before coming out, then give me the code. The app failure cost me so much time, I'll be demanding something back because of how bad this was.
