Thomas MVery disorganized, asked several people in the diner before I found someone who knew anything about the uhaul, other people told me they didn't know about the uhauls. Someone told me there was one guy to speak to, but he had not arrived yet. Waited several minutes for him. This location requires virtual check in, which was not made clear. Took 35 minutes before I was pulling out of the lot. I had to pay extra 15 dollars to park my car there while moving. This was not made clear to me prior to arrival. There are no other parking options there so I had to pay.
