The app is worst, took me literally 3 and half hours to dispatch my pickup. Was waiting on road all the time talking to around like 10 customer service agents where I repeated my issue to all those ppl. The dealership does not have any way for the counter pick up. The worst experience possible by Uhaul. Do only visit this if you are planning to at least keep 2-3 hours for pickup.

Great location. Super easy pickup and drop off. The van was in immaculate condition. I had a great time driving it and have recommended it to friends already.

Stefan RThe van battery ended up dying on me when I was using it and I had to call for roadside assistance. The battery was changed but I waited over 2 hours for the service provider to arrive and change the battery completely. He said that the battery was the original and hadn't been changed since the truck was new. I believe regular maintenance could have prevented this delay in my rental.
Christa QThe individual there and the supervisor were very helpful and tried their best. However, as a customer of U-haul for over 25 years, I will never use a self-serve location. Very Very poor logistics, technology, and operations. You booked two customers for 1 vehicle, the keys were not in lockbox, and the lockboxes were archaic which no one besides the kind gentleman working inside knew how to open. An absolute horror of an expeirnce, 2 hours wasted, and I had to pay my movers extra because UHAUL didnt provide the vehicle in time.
