Very disorganized, asked several people in the diner before I found someone who knew anything about the uhaul, other people told me they didn't know about the uhauls. Someone told me there was one guy to speak to, but he had not arrived yet. Waited several minutes for him. This location requires virtual check in, which was not made clear. Took 35 minutes before I was pulling out of the lot. I had to pay extra 15 dollars to park my car there while moving. This was not made clear to me prior to arrival. There are no other parking options there so I had to pay.

The app is worst, took me literally 3 and half hours to dispatch my pickup. Was waiting on road all the time talking to around like 10 customer service agents where I repeated my issue to all those ppl. The dealership does not have any way for the counter pick up. The worst experience possible by Uhaul. Do only visit this if you are planning to at least keep 2-3 hours for pickup.

Stefan RThe van battery ended up dying on me when I was using it and I had to call for roadside assistance. The battery was changed but I waited over 2 hours for the service provider to arrive and change the battery completely. He said that the battery was the original and hadn't been changed since the truck was new. I believe regular maintenance could have prevented this delay in my rental.
