They say they open at 1030a & didn't show up until almost 11a -- they didn't do the contract like they should have gave me the key after being asked if I need to sign anything & told me no your good then I get a call at 530p telling me I had no contract & if I get stopped I could get into trouble -- Was not very happy but will give Hannah who called me that she did do excellent customer service & reassuring me I was alright & took care of me over the phone -- Also Mr. Sanchez he Field mgr. was very nice & helpful as well -- but as for that place that is renting U Hauls for you they need to either stop or get retrained in customer service.
