Pickup was quick and the Clerk was so pleasant with plenty of smile and conversation.
Shirley TOverall experience was solid. Prices compared to Budget rentals through Costco are 2x, but alas, there was no Budget truck available while UHaul had plenty available.

When I called to have the bill changed they rudely said to just call 1800-gouhaul and take it up with them. Not returning there

Larry SThe call the night before from corporate U-Haul saying there might be a problem with the rental of the Box truck was unnerving and I hated that part but the office had the truck for us and they had plenty of them so I don’t know why corporate said there might be a question whether there would be one for us otherwise the gals that run it are fabulous and if we don’t have problems with corporate again, we would obviously rent from you at that location

Brianna DAlthough undelivered the van late on a number of occasions the staff were frustrated but forgiving. I had issues all 3 times so I appreciate their patience.
David NI got a call saying I needed to drop off the truck at this location because my original drop off location was at capacity. I check the hours online, they close at 4:30pm. I arrive at 4:22pm. I misread the sign in front of where the trucks are parked, and since it looked like no one was there working, I assumed I needed to self park the truck behind the gate. When I get out of the truck I see there was a woman who worked there and she had immediately locked the gate behind me. It was clear that she was trying to leave for the day so she locked the truck yard while I was still in it. It was 4:24pm. Fortunately my partner was following behind me, stayed outside of the gated area and watched the entire thing happen so he was telling her to unlock me. Once she opened the gate she said she watched me park and she would process my drop off in the morning. If she watched me park, why was I locked in??

Nicole SMy appointment was booked a week prior. A day prior the scheduling changed the location. The day of, the new location called to inform me that they would NOT have the trailer I scheduled to rent. 45 minute prior to leaving to pick up the trailer a new location was finally found to have the trailer I reserved a week prior. I have no idea how this business model work for you all. It was truly a really bad experience. I’ll note the that folks at what was finally the pick up location were amazing. They are the only reason this was not a total disaster.

FRANK LHave the truck ready at the proposed time of arrival and clean the floor in the back of the truck. Maybe get the truck inspected before the customer comes to pick it up and drives it 50 miles. Check engine light was on the whole time.

John HThe location was great and extremely helpful! My only problem is: NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS AN APP! I shouldnt have to download an app and create an account just to rent a truck for a day. Otherwise, the woman who assisted us was very kind and helpful and the truck did its job

I had an issue with a tire on a trailer in Bullhead AZ and the U-Haul service response from Always Reddy Mobile Service was quick and efficient making it only a minor inconvenience and easily forgettable getting on with my vacation with a smile 😃
