Alden CThis location appears to be running a fuel scam. I have rented from this location three times this month. Each time they have given me a truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas or less and then asked me to bring it back with a minimum of 1/4 tank to receive a fuel credit. The whole thing reels of scam and fraud. They are blaming it on fuel theft, yet each time the truck has been exactly 1/8 when I pick it up. I only continue to go there as it is the closest location to my house. Otherwise I would prefer to not go there anymore.
JOHN VI had a great experience at this U-Haul location. The staff was friendly, personable, and created a positive experience from start to finish. It was refreshing to see a team that genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. Their smiles and positive demeanor made the whole process easy and pleasant. DAVID HI was not able to park vehicle ,when I came to return vehicle Sunday night lot was full.I had to take truck home and return the next morning. I had to put more gas and spend more of my time to return next day.

JOSE PMelissa was excellent and super friendly! The contract and mileage price were both reasonable. Worth it to rent a U-Haul. I also like the additions you have the options to add on. I added on the insurance, furniture pads and a mattress bag.

JAIME CI booked a truck that was significantly closer to where I needed it and the location for pick up was changed last minute resulting in an extra $60 in mileage than we planned for. We had no choice but to accept the change that close to our rental time. Not only did the location change to much further away than originally booked, I had to park 1/4mile from the truck pick up location due to lack of parking.
