First off, my pick up time was scheduled for 9 AM at this location and upon arrival there was nobody on site. I called the number on the email from U-Haul and no answer (said number out of service…?). I called the regional U-Haul number and was told that the location was not open until 10 AM. Sounds like a U-Haul scheduling issue, this should be addressed by U-Haul management. After waiting over an hour to pickup my rented vehicle, the staff member was about 15 minutes late (showed up at 10:15 AM). The staff member did not remember the password for their computer, so they had to reach out to U-Haul via phone call to get me finalized with my rented vehicle. Very unprofessional and would not recommend picking up from this location.

I was Charged Three extra Days when I only used One day.I called U-Hual and it was Refunded to me.

Uhaul reservation indicated a drop off box and showed a picture of drop box and store front which was not accurate. Location was closed and only a small uhaul sign. There were many businesses with same address and nothing in res showed letter of unit number of store. Left truck in lot hoping it was correct location and had to return next morning to return key. Felt i was not given correct reservation information and would have preferred to return truck to the 11410 W Colonial Dr, Ocoee, FL 34761 location or Granville Clermont location.

Had no idea about my reservation/how to set it up. Waited 30 min for them to figure it out. When I dropped off the keys it was another whole ordeal. Better off at the main locations. VERY disappointing.
