Gary B.The man at this facility was great. Uhaul is awful. I made a ride share reservation for 8:00am Arrived at 8:00 at the app kept saying i had an in person pu at 9:00. I received an email with directions on how to use ride share the day prior to my ride share 8:00am pickup. I came back to the facility at 9:00 and was told my truck has been cancelled due to no pickup and had been reseved for someone else. The man at the facility was able to straighten out. There were other customers there experiencing the exact same issue. UHAUL NEEDS TO GET THIS CORRECTED. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OH AND I AM STILL GETTING REMINDERS TO PICKUP THE TRUCK THAT IVE ALREADY USED AND TURNED IN.
David D.Did not have the appliance dolly nor hand truck that was prepaid. Had to go to another uhaul dealer who could not find our contract and had to pay for those items again.
Jack M.Price chosen was not the final price I was charged. Charged for 3 days when I chose one. Final destination wouldn't allow me to chose a drop off near my house and I had to drive way further to drop the trailer off. Completely out of the way
Aaron D.I arrived at the confirmed site per my reservation, prepaid, COVID cleared, and checked in. Upon arriving, the owner told me I wasn't in his system and my trailer was 30 minutes away at a facility that had ONE guy who had let all his help go and didn't know how to work your software. Painful. that was the 12th at 1PM- you sent me a text at almost 6PM (5 hours after I'd picked it up) telling me of the new location. ??? Horrible experience.
Christopher C.Well when i picked up the truck is it was all the way on E. I paid in total $103 for the small truck. Was told as long as i don't go over the 100 miles that i was charged for it should be only $80..that was a lie..not to mention the i put $15 bucks in the tank and it still had more gas in it than when i originally pick it up...also the cab of the truck was pretty filthy.
RaTez J.Above comments. Otherwise- Uhaul had always treated me very fairly and I will continue to use them. They could put better effort in cleaning the vehicle before you drive away and maintain it better
MARGARET E.Very cramped parking lot in a sketchy area of town. The key box was not easy to find.
Caleb W.The reservation process was a total bad experience. My pickup location was changed 5 times in a span of a day which had me going 50 RT out of my way and delayed my move departure time.
