I had to pay an extra 60$ because I only had money on my CashApp card. I was told that I would get it back after the vehicle was returned which it was the same day I rented it and still have not received my money. Where's my money? I was told it would be a quick process.

Ovidio HLocation doesn’t open until 10am, but online check in was pretty easy. I had reserved a dolly with my moving van which wasn’t made available and I wasn’t notified it wouldn’t be available. I was credited immediately though and didn’t have to go through any ordeal to be refunded. All in all a very good experience!

Drew NI have a printed receipt for $59.12 which the gentleman told me was my bill for the one day rental. When I checked my bank account, they charged me $67.34 which is $8.22 more than the receipt. Why did this happen?

Erin WI was given a truck with no engine coolant and had to wait along the side of the road for 4 1/2 hours on U-Haul service. I think things like this should be Checked prior to renting a truck to someone.
Michael COn line app sucks. Initial res indicated equip avail., then froze. Booked larger truck then had 2(!) confirmed red's when 1st one NEVER accept'd? WTH?? Then, p/U time had to be changed cause "manager" could not " be there that early"... Ok, NO! Upon arrival, no easy check in. Waited 19 mins while prev customer had res transferred to another location cause EQUIP WAS NO SHOW! Finally, no hand truck, no furniture dollie avail., as reserved. At this point, Im like " this is the frickin Biden Admin all over again!" But wait, ITS WORSE CAUSE THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A BUSINESSE! So tell me Uhaul, at what point do you shoot the horse? Cause this one is lame, blind and Broken Down! Only saving grace was lady struggling to make YOUR CO. look good. I was embarrassed for HER! Arlene I think!

Shatay GI ordered a furniture dolly and it didn’t have one in it. I did not receive any notification that didn’t have one. I had to stop at another location to rent one and was charged more. It cost me time/money. Poor customer service.

Trotzky GOnline I had paid for and reserved a furniture dolly, but upon arriving, I was informed that there was no furniture dolly at that location. This complicated my move, as I had bulky furniture items that would have been easier to transport with the dolly. It would have been appreciated if I had received a notification or email during my reservation or prior letting me know that a furniture dolly was not available at this location.

Ronald SThe staff did not have my RSVP in his system upon arrival to drop off the vehicle. I had to show him the contract that was printed from the pick-up store for him to take the truck. After leaving, I see under my account when trying to print the final receipt that my drop-off location was changed without my approval. This should not happen without verbal or written confirmation from the customer on this change. This adds miles to the vehicle if this information is not available prior to the dropoff of the truck.

Aldo BWas not notified until pickup that requested equipment (dolleys) were not available, which made moving couches/boxes/etc much more difficult. If given proper notice, we would have booked with a different location to ensure we had that equipment.

Alexander FThis was truly one of the most frustrating situations I have had to deal with as a customer. My card was continuously declined because the incompetent front desk employee repeatedly entered in the incorrect zip code for my billing address. She did it some many times that my card was blocked for fraud with Chase and I had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes to allow the transaction to process. It took an hour and a half to complete my order, which was completed online the night before. This was such a horrendous experience that I no longer want to conduct business with Uhaul.

I couldn't believe he keep me standing there for so long with other customers waiting, while he looked for any reason he could to deny renting to me. He even tried to misplace my credit card. Pretending he didn't see it. Do not use the drop box because they will use that as a reason to charge gas fees. They you have to spend your time fighting. Good luck

Every detail is transparent and organized. I can't say enough how much the attention to detail Scott and his staff uphold that makes moving an absolute breeze.
Katherine TI returned the uhaul after hours on the same day (Sat.) location was closed Sunday. When the staff (not the normal gentleman) checked it back in they charged me for two days. When I called, she said they were closed and she didn’t know when I returned it. I asked her why she didn’t call and ask or check the cameras? The money was refunded but she told me next time I hold return it mobile and it would be easier for all. All was great except the return experience.
