The tow dolly was broken and the ramps fell down on multiple occasions - which was incredibly dangerous due to the fact that I was driving across the country on busy highways. The gentlemen who put my car on the tow did it incorrectly and my the time I got back to my apartment (a 15 minute drive) the wheel straps weren’t even on the wheels anymore - which is again extremely dangerous - and when I arrived at my final destination the chains on the chassis of the car were so tight the very kind worker at the Bronx location had to unscrew them from the tow completely just to get them off of my car.

I had to back the trailer into a slot beside other trailers with no help from the attendant. He should have come out and help in the backing process so that I didn't run into another trailer.

Almost always at every place I have rented something at u-haul, the people running the facility are very courteous and very professional. The gentleman at this location was no different. It was the customer service that he tried to get with from corporate who screwed up. I go there and hooked up the trailer and then the lights didn’t work, I know the truck wiring is correct because I have used this truck recently within the last 2!weeks with a different trailer. This guy called corporate to try and resolve the problem and was transferred incorrectly numerous times, for about 30 minutes! I am very glad I did not find myself stranded and in need of help, I will consider renting somewhere else next time I need a truck or trailer.
