The self service pick up was a nightmare an took over 40 minutes to complete. The app did not work properly and would not allow me to take my photo, ("not enough memory on your device), despite clearing cache, uninstalling multiple apps, cleaning the device's junk files, and more, to no avail., The website left me in a loop multiple times and crashed twice during the self check in process. The key box was not user-friendly either. Unnecessary added stress on moving day was not what I signed up for.
Stephanie CEither hire people to check out trucks or fix the broken automated system. I couldn’t upload photos. This wasn’t my phone or reception, it was the Uhaul application and automated process. This took 30-40mins to pick up the truck and another 20mins to drop it off because of the automated system not being user friendly. In the end it doesn’t save time or money for the company or end user if you still have to call customer service in order to have a human employee resolve issues, it just makes for a poor user experience. Frustrating that you think software can replace people in customer service roles. Far from the truth and I think you’re aware of that, but someone making decisions doesn’t care because it “adds value” in some metric of theirs which is reflected through cost cuts and increases their bonus or quarterly profits at the expense of workers and customers. Do better.

Glenna AThe gentleman working the desk was very professional and super helpful. He walked us through the entire rental process, set up the return, and hooked up the trailer. Even though this location does not normally deal with trailers, he knew exactly what he was doing and had us on our way smoothly.
