The gentleman working the desk was very professional and super helpful. He walked us through the entire rental process, set up the return, and hooked up the trailer. Even though this location does not normally deal with trailers, he knew exactly what he was doing and had us on our way smoothly.

Very easy process, Friendly Staff, and no surprises.

ERVIN KI went to drop off the van 3 hrs before my deadline but there was no one in the office, even though it was during stated business hours. So I used the key drop but it was a complicated process, requiring multiple photos of the inside and outside of the van, pictures for mileage and gas tank, etc. It would have been much easier if someone was actually in the office and saved 15 minutes of my time.
