Although the initial pickup was great and the worker was friendly, drop-off was a hassle because no one was there. Additionally, I was 8 minutes late and was charged an entire additional day. To me, that is ridiculous. At this point, I'm considering other options for all our future rentals due to this.

It appears UHaul was having system-wide IT and app issues on the day of my rental. This location was fine, and the person on site was very patient and friendly. The app was not working for me. He was trying to get me checked out using the app and his desktop PC. It took way too long because pictures would not upload and the application response time was beyond horrible. The man was very good, but your IT systems/infrastructure were not.

We use U-haul for cargo vans when our fleet vehicles are in need of repair. This location is so consistent at meeting all of our needs and is extremely caring for the equipment we use. Thank You!

Not a comment about the location but instead a negative comment about the mobile check in and return process, The photo part does not work at all. I have rented over a dozen times and there is no way for it to accept a photo. I literally will spedn 30 mins trying to get one to load and then just skip the rest (which is the min needed) to get done. You should try using the program sometime and make changes. Its horrible. For this location, need to plan more staff on busy days like college move out. There were about 6-8 families there waiting and only one person working.

I understand that the charge is for move the equipment from one location to another, I wanted for half of day not for 2 . And for the amount of times that I tried to do it on the app it ALWAYS says ——: ****** is not recommended for this towing combination I try to do different types of car and STILL NO . That make it frustrating.

I opted out of the safe move insurance and owner went back and added it after I had made my reservation making my overall total charge more than what I needed to spend. I only used van for approximately 20 mins out of thw2 hour time span . That upset me so I won’t be going back there

The guy working was super rude and talked down to me. He also was rude to another customer who came in behind me and told him he had to return his rental before his contract time. He told me I had to return my rental by 5 when I had it until 10. The trailer was super dirty on the inside. I had to clean the inside out before I could put my things in there and there were about 50 pellets from a pellet gun on the inside as well. Will not be going back to this U-Haul again.

Sketchy location and apparently used my phone location for drop off instead of any fact checking device in person. So when I didn’t have my phone on my person they instead charged me another day then said the owner isn’t local so instead of refunding me the $40 they charged me, then charged me another $80 and said if I don’t pay it in full they’ll hit me with any fees they see fit. Id recommend anywhere BUT U-Haul.

The truck that we rented was already dirty and on empty. But we had to return it with a quarter of a tank to save money. And I hope they don't charge us for a cleaning charge because it was already dirty when we received it we cleaned it up a little.

The equipment rented the air conditioning system quit 30 minutes into a 5 1/2 hour drive, and the only thing that was working was heat and could not turn off the heater at all

When making the his reservation, we didn’t receive the discount we normally do. We are a local nonprofit and we were delivering donations to Austin. I explained this to several reps. The lady rep gave us a small discount and told me a supervisor would be calling me back. I never received an additional call. The truck drove so bad, I had to let my husband and his friend take over. Once it reached 65 mph, the engine get loud and the truck would pull to the right. It guzzled gas like crazy because it needed a tuneup.
