No one came to door or answered the phone. The sign on the door said to call, and I called several times with no help. I had questions about the truck and rental but instead just did contactless pickup. There wasn't really anywhere reliable to park my car for the duration of the rental either.Josh F.
Dropping off the rental the following day was also a disaster. My original drop off location I chose on the uhaul website Watson/Taylor was about 1 and 1/2 blocks from where I am staying at, easily to walk from. In Uhaul regionals work to edit/cancel/remake my reservation...Uhaul regional moved me off the bus line 3 1/2 miles from where I am staying at instead of the 1 and 1/2 blocks originally requested. I picked an drop off location that was close and on the busline since I have NO WORKING CAR! Uhaul regional moved up the time it was supposed to be returned when they screwed with my reservation. So that meant I had to get up super early (4:30am) just to get started empting the truck and get done by 8am. But the nice lady at Watson/Taylor took the rental after the hell i went through with regional Uhaul office.Tonya N.

I got to this location after hours and they did not have a visible U-haul drop off box. So I left the key in a box with a numbered lock. Three days later they called me that they couldn't find the key. I guess they didn't look in the locked boxes identified as u-haul. I will never use U-haul again for my moves.LILLIAN M.

I made my reservation for 7 am the day of my move and even got a confirmation email stating I could pick up my truck at this location at 7. When I showed up, the office was closed and the after hours receptionist (who was extremely rude) informed us nothing could be done since they didn't open until 9 am. I returned at 9 to pick up my uhaul and asked for the Uhaul Reservation guarantee $50 that uhaul offers if your reservation time, place, or equipment is not provided as reserved and confirmed. Perla told me I would have to call a 1-800 number to speak to someone else about it and sent me on my way with my rental, 2 hours late and with zero attempt to make up for the problem. I called the 1-800 number later the same day and talked to someone else who was also extremely rude and snapped at me that she couldn't help me, I'd have to call the location where I picked up my truck. I will never use Uhaul again, and I highly recommend you avoid this location.Jacie W.

There was no pre-inspection of the equipment offered. I refused the insurance for the tow dolly, which means there should have definitely been an inspection before taking possession. I could have easily been charged for something that I was not responsible for. Fortunately I was not charged anything at drop-off even though the straps on one-side were frayed before I picked it up.Matthew B.

I was given a quote of $.49 a mile at the time I made the reservation, and charged $.99 a mile after I rented. They did not go over the terms of the rental with me when I picked up the truck. They also charged me for insurance when I told them that I didn't need it.CHARLES F.

When first renting the equipment it asks where do you want to pick up. I did the online rental 1 week in advance. I had to go to another location to pick up the trailer. Why? What was the point of picking my closest location in the first place? I would think that if you choose the place closest to you, the courteous thing to do would be have the trailer at that location. Not drive to another location to pick up and drop off.Roberto V.

I was charged for gas even though I returned the truck with the amount of gas that was there when it was received. Be sure to take a picture of the gas tank before returning the truck so you have proof to dispute the gas charge. I also rented a furniture dolly and they did not have one which was a major inconvenience. It would have been nice to have known that information prior to receiving the truck. I will not be renting from this location again. I don't appreciate being cheated out of my money.SINAJA N.

They charge ten dollars per blanket you dont return. These blankets arent anything to talk about. Also the storage deal they promote isnt good once you look into the details after the one month and they overly chrage on any and every extra they possibly can. I feel bad for the nice people who work there. Look elsewhere for your moving needs!Renee W.
