Since it was a Sunday return the place was closed. There was a bit of a shortage of spots to park the truck. We got the last one.Robert S.

I sent a note already to your team but the app was an incredibly poor experience. Didn't allow me to really see the pics (couldn't zoom in) to see if the damage i saw was captured...and then the app didn't allow me to attach a photo give my feedback (button didn't work). In both the pickup and the drop off the app kept restarting the flow I was in and only in the pickup was I able to eventually get through the flow. In the drop off I had to give up after 30 minutes of trying to get it to work. Incredibly frustrating. I would never do that mobile app pick up again and would consider using another truck provider in the future.Andy L.

The cab of the truck was absolutely filthy. The engine was not happy and refused to go over 40 mph. It would rev the engine up really high before changing gears.KIMBERLY M.
Parking lot entrance is a bit rough. Lots of pot holes. Maybe repair them. Aside from that the staff was friendly and professional. Trailer was there as planned for my 3:00pm pick up. They hooked up the trailer to my car and disconnected it when I returned it the next day.LUCIUS S.

Reservation for pickup of truck was changed 2 times. We were given a location that was very far from our home and then when we got to the location to pick up the truck it was closed on Saturdays. We also rented a hand dolly and we could not get that wither. We were not credited for our troubles at all. I would not recommend Uhual to anyone moving.JASONDANIEL P.

We were referred to this location after the original location's trailer lights did not work properly. This location worked hard to expidite the change and get us out quickly as we were already late getting going.Brian C.
Cellphone app.. When I tried to upload photos to app to show present mileage it wouldn't except it.. I had to call the 1800 number to verify time and reason why I couldn't update. I wasn't satisfied with leaving van at another uhaul store that was open in town because of this issue.. van left at location where it was rented after verified with the 1800 numberIRIS D.

Waiting game. Customer should be forewarned of secondary approval. I didn't appreciate waiting in the cold until I provided a reference and Uhaul to call them. Do that at booking. I already have to figure out how to obtain keys and find truckAllie T.

Staff not wearing masks, despite recent increase in confirmed viruses in the valley. Brittany claimed I didn't clean the truckâ€”the truck was swept. She said I needed to mop the truck. I saw nothing in the contract Re: mopping the truck. I was charged $35 for â€œmopping the truck and folding the moving blankets.â€ Brittany claimed they needed the moving blankets ASAP, despite the pandemic. You wash these, right?? I will be using a different moving truck company in the future, and not recommending this location to anyone.ANGELA D.

Improve your app for people who are using it to pick up or drop off before and after hours. The app should explain what pics need to be taken beforehand and the specifics. It was beyond frustrating however the young lady who helped us at this location ( Brittany) was amazing.Anita L.

We were unhappy with the surprise charges for the mileage overage. I booked this U-Haul over the phone, and I was never made aware of any mileage limit at all. Having to pay for this surprise charge at the end was a bad end to an overall good experience. Only other complaint would be that this 15' U-haul did not have cruise control. On an 1100 miles road trip cruise control is essential.George A.

We accidents left our Ezpass in the vehicle and the attendant did not recognize that when she did vehicle return inspection which has caused us more expense in reporting our ezpass lost.Kenneth A.
The reservation process was extremely painful. I was called on a Sunday and told the nearest pickup location was 45 minutes away. I had made the reservation nearly a month prior and couldn't understand the lack of trailer management. Getting called the day prior seemed very unprofessional. The representative, Diamond J, would not give me her last name and refused to connect me with a manager - apparently there is no manger working on the weekend. I was told the manager would call me "first thing" on Monday a.m. I never rcvd a call. When I drove the 45 minutes to get the trailer, I discovered the location closed. I waited for 2 hours and finally talked to the brother of the owner who informed me they did not have the trailer I was there to pick up. I then had to drive an hour and 45 minutes to the next location (Waughs Customs). When I arrived, they were extremely helpful and although the computer system was not operable, they worked with the regional office in Richmond to get me the trailer. I made it out, with a trailer, 15 minutes before closing. This was the most frustrating experience I've had with Uhaul.William W.

The staff was very polite and were there to help but the truck we were sent out in the check engine light stayed on asking you to check the gas cap the whole way to Florida.We smelled gas and thought it was where we overfilled the gas but when filling up in Palm Bay a gentleman told us gas was pouring out so that answered the question as to why we only got 8.5 mile per gallon.Also when we arrived in Florida to unload it started raining and the truck leaked and got our stuff wet.I would definitely have to think about renting a Uhaul again cause of this.We spent 300.00 in gas coming down here so I hope that answered your questions.Dayton B.

The Uhaul website information on the rate was very confusing. I made the reservation for 24 hours and the website indicated it would be the rate quoted on the website but at the pickup location the computer was showing double the rate due to the length of time. We got it figured out though and the people at the location were really great to work with! Will definitely use this location again.Jeffrey W.
