The pick up location changed the day before pickup. It was in Industrial area not alot of people around on weekends.

WILLIAM FThe only hick up I had is the text I received from Uhaul suggesting that I take pictures of the truck before I left the premise and downloaded it to your link and of course during the drop off that is something that can easily be missed as moving and renting a truck is a bit of a stressful and laborious process. My suggestion is to have the counter tender to suggest customers to do so. I did not see the text until I was home and then I had to go back to the location to take the pictures of the truck I had dropped off which ended up quite inconvenient but I had to cover my ground as well.
