Jerri ChurchillOnly put the staff was helpful because I had to call uhaul otherwise they were not helping me. This location was the worst so far. Not trying to be rude just honest as we all plan these things for certain times but when there are organizing troubles like this it sets the customer plans back significantly. I'll be really thinking of not using uhaul again after this experience.
Robert ArthurTell the whole truth.you use a play on words when you say your trucks are 15' long.the inside box that goes floor to ceiling is 11.5 which cost me a extra trip that resulted in more miles and more fuel.if you look at enterprise their size is completely floor to ceiling.

Vernon WardLocation was fine, but your process for returning and checking out a vehicle in general are awful. Why was it that I had to take around 10 pictures and submit them through your website to “prove” what you asked me to confirm? I had to walk a half a block away to scan a location code, then walk half a block away to take pictures of the odometer, gas, inside of the cab and back of the truck, as well as a picture of the truck in the parking lot. Frankly, that’s bullshit. What do your staff actually do? You want to charge me extra for your staff to look at the vehicle when I return it? That’s your staff’s job. And you surely would have billed me well over the pump price if I returned it with less gas than I checked out with, but where is my refund when I returned it with a quarter tank more than I checked out with? That’s called theft, whether it’s in the contract or not. It’s disingenuous, and bad business etiquette. That was my first ever uhaul, and you’ll never have my business again, not ever.

ALYSSA GARCIAThe only real issue I had was the town has horrible cellular service and I picked up the truck on a holiday. It was a struggle but I got it completed . I did go and speak with the people at We Fix that before my rental and they were amazing . I think it’s great technology that U Haul is using but this location should try to offer some kind of wifi connection.
