Truck location was changed a few times prior to pick up, the appliance dolly we reserved was not even available, the staff closed the location the day of drop off and it was very difficult to get someone on the phone to assist. There is little to no cell service and you have to download the U-Haul app and use it to remotely return the truck and the app did not work.

JASON BI dropped the truck off when they were already closed, in general it was a good self service experience, it would be better if there was a designated parking area for the trucks, as they are quite long, the area that seem to be best for it was ocupied by other cars, so ended up parking it wherever I could.

THOMAS HChristian was a delight, after I explained all the was wrong with the vehicle he made sure that he made an inspection of the vehicle and gave me a verbal report and was dumbfounded that they let me have this vehicle in that condition. Although he told me he could not do anything for me at the moment he did say he would be forwarding this report to the proper people at U-haul.
LUIS GEverything was under construction, so I can’t say it was exactly “inviting” but once finished, it will be amazing! One “problem we encountered…the place in Tomball gave us a drop off location on 377. When we found it, we were told their lot was full, and we had to go to the drop off on Justin Rd. Would have been nice if the drop off would have been more coordinated.
