Place pick up was great Uhaul never called about location for pickup changed. I figured that out that morning
RICHARD JWhen we arrived to U-Haul, we asked if there was a 15 foot truck available and they said no. So we left and went to another location that they sent us to who had nothing available. I went online and reserved a 15 foot truck at the original location. I went back to the original location and there was a truck available. So we ran around and wasted our time when they originally had a truck for us to pick up. Also, what U-Haul considers to be a 15 foot truck is actually floor space, a 12 foot truck. This is a wrongful advertisement and overcharge of your customers.
Nathan GLocation had a hard time logging into the U-Haul portal to complete the reservation/transaction. They ended up creating a new rental. Was at the rental desk for over an hour before being able to leave with the reserved trailer.

Peter PSome of the slight cosmetic scraps and scratches did not have an "X" where they should have been. I had to take pictures to assure I was not charged at the destination UHaul.

DANIEL BI used a car dolly that needed attention to the ratchet mechanism. Very rusty and needing lube. Very difficult to use. Release mechanism barely functiined.

ANTHONY FI got charged extra for dropping off in West Branch instead of Houghton Lake. The people at West Branch really tried to help eliminate the extra cost but were unsuccessful.

KRISTINE LI wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone! It says one thing on the website when you are reserving it and its completely opposite when you go to pick it up. Gives one price on line and it costs more when you get there to get it. The text link doesn't work so it says you have chosen not to send pictures and will be responsible for ALL damage!

donald rThe truck was all beat up It sputtered when I drove it and intermittently would drive shaky and the brakes did not work really good I was asked to take a bigger truck that was one way instead of taking a small truck It was a big mistake and was the crappiest truck I ever rented I will consider donating all my stuff instead of moving it next time
