The van had a lot of dents and the passenger door was damaged but it drove fine.

Mike GiboneyEnsure all customers receive the contract reflecting mileage and fuel levels by email or printed prior to leaving and review it with customer matching it to vehicle. I made the error of not requesting this after the procedure was skipped and mileage was not reviewed with me. I was charged for 54 miles when I drove less than 20 miles. I called and they said the last trips were accounted for but I know for certain I did not travel 54 miles as this was the 3rd weekend in a row I’ve rented from U-Haul and we drove the exact same route.

Aaron JacksonI attempted to pickup my UHaul at 1:30PM, my reservation time, and the person went out to lunch until 2:45PM. This caused me to arrive at the dump 15 minutes after closing, and I needed to keep the vehicle overnight and go back to the dump when they opened before work. Luckily the employee I returned it to waived the late fee, but this was a terrible experience.

Terry HendricksonLocation is convenient because this is where our storage location is located at BUT the rental cargo van we reserved weeks ahead of time was not present on site on the day of the rental reservation. No one ever called to let me know that the cargo van reserved was being repaired. Did not find this out till I showed up on the day of my rental reservation. Another person rented a van too later than us and their van was on site but my van was not there. So reserving the van was useless and U-Haul never called me the rental location agent never called me so the rental reservation was ignored. Had to rent a larger truck which I really didn’t want to because the van that was onsite could not be given to me even though I did have a reservation. No refund or credit was given. Will not rent a truck or van from here anymore.

Lynda LopezI had a major problem returning the truck. I tried online several times online and I called the uhaul number waited 30 mins and the recording finally said it was going to take ANOTHER 50 mins before I could talk to someone. Next time maybe have the time before waiting 30 mins.

BRODERICK DUGANUhaul app is hard to use when the application doesn’t recognize the pickup location for the truck. Truck share gps was not working so having to wait for over an hour to get U-Haul live verification to help with the truck share rental pickup process was long and painful. Not recommended.
