I stopped by the scheduled pick up location and was told that there was no truck available. I was shocked that was not communicated to me before I got there. However, I did receive a phone call at 8am on a Sunday that I didn't answer. No voicemail was left!.DANIEL B.

We dropped off the truck and put the key in the drop box. We used 3 extra miles and filled the gas to match the tank at 3/8 of a tank. This location claims the gas tank was at 1/4.. Being charged $30.00 to fill and then $34. 00 for the gas is ridiculous. My advice to people is take a picture of the gas tank before and after. You want people to do online check in and out because of Covid 19. Then don't over charge your customers.BETSY R.

I will be writing a review on other sites. First of all I was told to pick up from one location but I had to pick up from another location while in transit. Second I was told I would be receIving a $50 credit for this issue. I did not receive such credit. Third, I picked the location to drop off this truck when I received the truck and it change the day before. Because of the switch to another drop off location that was farther I was charged $1.73 for extra mileage. I also dropped off the truck one day earlier and was told I wouldn't receive a credit. So $90 waisted on a truck rental that could be in my pocket. I will make sure my friends and family know how bad you treat your customers.Chris P.

After uhaul highway 99 Vancouver messed up my reservation for a 6x12 uhaul trailer, Uhaul at West Coast storage on 72nd was able to make it right by getting me a 15ft cab over van for the same cost to move my belongings from Vancouver Wa. to Sandpoint ID. I would definitely recommend passing on the highway 99 location with their poor customer care and go to West coast storage uhaul instead.Tamey W.

"The gas gauge is actually a little less than full even though it shows full on here. I wouldn't worry about putting any gas in it if you're not going far." My trip was 4.9 miles and I was charged $9.02 for EZ fuel sales. EZ for you to make money off me. I actually needed to rent a truck again and selected another location.Jason S.
