The person that handled my reservation on site did not seem very knowledgeable with the system! We asked for the closet to Middletown, De to return truck and after about 5-20 minutes of googling around the system he said ok got you one in Middletown address will be on your receipt and you return vehicle Monday night 10/5 .. he took my payment $360.86.. off we went we didn’t really look at the receipt until we went to return the truck!! The location was 22 miles from Middletown and it said it had to be there by 10:00 not night like he said!!! Well we were done with truck Sunday night but figured we would unload boxes and put stuff away in new place!! We set out to take the truck back and I seen it was 22 miles away and the truck was supposed to be back at 10 !! It was now 2:00pm upon arrival I explained everything to the clerk who was very unprofessional smoking a cigarette and she said oh no problem I’ll get you checked in and jut email you the receipt!!! We left and then o open my email this morning and see that she charged us for another full day of $50 and $15 for coverage!!! I’m very very disappointed and I want a full refund of that extra day charge!!! If I do not get refunded I will notify all social media outlets of the lousy service and fraudulent charges, I will also notify the BBB

KATHLEEN PI know that it wasn’t this locations fault, however, this was the dirtiest and worst running truck I have rented from Uhaul yet. It got the job done, but I was hoping that I didn’t get charged for the dirt on and garbage in the truck. I cleaned it out even though it wasn’t mine. The truck seemed to need a tuneup. Uhaul always comes through for me, so I can accept a not so perfect experience this time. I know next time will be better.

JAYLIN LThe floor of the trailer was covered with motor oil or engine grease. I had a tight schedule. Moving the reservation to another U-Haul provider was not an option. I spend an hour cleaning it before I could move my household boxes and furniture into the unit. The lights worked. The tires were good. I had no problem using the unit after I cleaned it. The guy at West York Agway was unprofessional.

Stacy FAgway in West York was a breeze to work with getting a u-haul rental. Things were explained well and prices were clearly stated. I pre paid for a certain amount of mileage and when finished I went over by a few miles. This overage was shown correctly and I was only charged for my overage down to the exact mile. Truck was clean and drove well. I would recommend anyone that needs to rent a truck do so from Agway!
