Debra DOn-site staff was amazing and accommodating and the truck was clean and well kept, but still trying to figure out how the "$19.95" ended up being over $80 dollars for a 1 hour rental with 11 miles at $1.19 per mile and two dollies at $10 and $7. 7+10+13.09+19.95+tax=should be $53.79. Already double the advertised price if we remove the dollies. Then add the fees not disclosed outa the gait with the tags or whatever else (liscense recovery and environmental). Then add the safe move charge which I had declined when I set it up at $15. Somehow all this ends up at $80 for a $19.95 rental. Look it is what it is but that price running up like that is bullshit. Will avoid in the future and recommend others to as well.

Overall they were super nice and helpful but they did rush to clean as soon as our tires hit the parking lot.

Chase GI don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but this location absolutely deserves it. From start to finish, the experience was genuinely outstanding. The equipment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed, but what really sets this place apart is the people. Heather, the assistant property manager, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in doing things the right way. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful — the kind of customer service that’s getting harder and harder to find these days. The whole process was easy, communication was excellent, and everything was ready to go exactly as promised. It’s clear this location values customers and actually puts effort into creating a great experience. If you need storage or a U-Haul in Wichita, do yourself a favor and come here. This will absolutely be my first choice moving forward, and I’d recommend it to family and friends without hesitation. 10/10 experience.

Ronald FEveryone I talked to at this location were friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find, clean and plenty of space to move a truck.
Christopher BProcess to reserve was easy enough although they (reservation center) transferred my reservation at my preferred location to another. I specifically wanted the Tyler location for a couple of reasons. That other location was not going to work as it was way out of my way in the wrong direction and would add nearly 8-10 miles to my mileage. On top of the extra time out of my way. I transferred it back to where I wanted to pick up. UHaul needs to leave reservations alone. The staff was wonderful and friendly at the Tyler location and we're prompt and ready at the pickup time.
Paula CStop changing pick up locations. Move the truck to where the customer wants to pick it up. Also, I ordered some moving supplies and had to go to the store I originally was supposed to pickup from, AFTER picking the truck at the CHANGED location

BRIANA BUsed Westside for drop off a few weeks ago and had a great experience then so used them for pick up. Facility was clean. The two people I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Process was quick and easy. Truck was clean and ready to go. I would use Westside again for my UHaul needs.
