The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The 15’ U-Haul we rented was really old. It had crank down windows and manual door locks and the wheels were rusty. We won’t rent this truck from this location again.

TYLER TVery friendly customer service. However, pickup took longer than expected. I arrived 15 minutes after my pickup time and the truck I was renting hadn't even been checked in yet for me to check it out. And then the driver's mirror needed help to move, so it took me about 30 minutes total before I left with the truck.

William BI have used this location twice prior to this drop off. Even though it was over 8 months ago the staff remembered me and were excellent. They always make me leave the location with a laugh or a smile. They are so friendly and professional when moving is such stressful business.

CARLOS DIt is a bummer that to extend the truck we have to pay the insurance fee again. I think that should be one and done, not keep charging everything double just to extend.

ROBBY EThe agents were knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain about the equipment & procedures. This was by far my most pleasant experience at any U-haul facility.
HOWARD SPhil did an excellent job. I made the reservation in-person, then prior to pick-up, changed both equipment and pick-up day a few times as weather forced changes. Phil was very supportive and understanding. I don' think there is anywhere where I would recommend improvement - customer service and equipment is first class.

MICHAEL SThis is the second time that I have rented a truck from this location and I have been completely satisfied each time. The equipment was clean and operated well, perfectly fitting our needs. The owner of this location, Phil, provided excellent customer service! He made you feel like you were talking to a neighbor, super friendly and helpful. If I have a need for U-Haul services in the future, this is my preferred location.

MICHAEL FSmooth(ish) pickup and even smoother drop off. When there was an issue with the trailer (no fault of anyone's), we were offered another trailer. We turned the trailer in early and were refunded the difference. Would definitely reserve here again!

Terra CI actually ended up needing a second truck, so instead of booking it through the 800 phone number, I went directly to this location because of the service I'd received from them for the first truck.
