PAUL MBarrie was clean but definitely needs an upgrade. Access was very easy to locate and plenty of room for drop off. Receptionist was friendly and easy to deal with
CHERYL SAbsolutely disappointed. Changed $20 late fee but isn’t, changed $10 cleaning fee but was cleaned. U-Haul still owed for me $30 plus tax. Will not recommend this location for anyone

LESLY PTrucks I have rented in the past were supplied with a full tank of gas. This doesn't appear to be the standard anymore. It would be more convenient for the user and would take the guesswork out of refueling for the renter to simply return the truck with a full tank of gas as well.. Thank you.
Ed DWhimsical Emporium is great, and run by great people. I came here because of this, and I don't have any suggestions for improvement for them. UHAUL though - I don't know if I'll get a chance anywhere else to give feedback about your operations, so hopefully this makes it to you. First, make sure you're giving customers a chance to give you feedback about YOUR practices. The only reason I spent money at Uhaul today was because of the great people at Whimsical Emporium, I have otherwise sworn off funding your poorly run businesses, from trucks to storage. I've been left high and dry on moving day because of your ways, I've been locked out of my storage after hours on moving day and your call centre "can't help" (oh, but they totally could have!!) because of your ways. Want more info? Call me, I'll tell you all about it. I've also heard from your dealer locations (locations PLURAL) that you don't listen to their feedback - these are your BOOTS ON THE GROUND, why wouldn't you??

Pamela GWe had an excellent experience with this U-Haul location. We arrived after closing time but the friendly, helpful young gentleman was still willing to help us with our utility trailer rental and we left with our utility trailer. Drop off was also excellent. No problems at all. Would not hesitate to rent from Whimsical Emporium again.
