A receptionist that’s going to input the correct information in the system and employee that was outside being rude cause my boyfriend parked where he wasn’t supposed to but we didn’t know. Could’ve been friendlier.
SANDRA BReserving the trailer on line was no issue. Picking it up was also not an issue.... matter of fact an employee helped in the hooking it up part. Dropping it off was a bit of a chore, but nothing to do with the dealership, that day a large mixed percipitation storm came through, meaning lots of deep wet snow and the trailer drop off area was unapproachable. The dealership closed at 12:00 so no one was there but luckily they monitor the lot by CCTV and we came to a mutually agreeable spot for me to drop off the trailer. it was hard during the drop off to close the reservation due to the cold and wet conditions where our IPAD and cellphone were not working. The one issue was we tried to extend the rental but could not due to a message of someone else picking up the trailer, we were to call a "Manager", being at 10:00 PM, to make an arrangement. being we dropped the trailer off at 2:00 pm as scheduled, the dealership closed at 12:00 am (lunch time), so therefore there was no one picking up our rented trailer. So we are not sure if this on line rental extension is a Uhaul issue or dealer. The other issue, which is generic to all Uhaul dealerships is why they dont put a tongue jack on their trailers, we had a 6 x 12 with a capacity of about 2500 lbs which if you take the tongue load at 10 - 15% that is more than 200 lbs you have to lift off your tow vehicle if you want to drop the rental for any reason. This is not a dealership issue but Uhaul.

BORIS RCheaper costs. Why do you advertise $19.99 when it cost me over $200 to have the smallest uhaul for 2.5 hours…? Very deceptive marketing
Lucas TI had to dig out the trailer from the snow nothing was clean parking area was not plowed but a snow plow was on the property trailer hitch was completely frozen with ice not elevated off the ground the electric hook up on the trailer was not properly attached and had to remove the snow off the trailer myself with my snowbrush from car no help from owners at all very very poor service

The equipment is always clean and working as it should. I would absolutely recommend to any person or business to use this service and I know I will be a repeat customer. PAUL MBarrie was clean but definitely needs an upgrade. Access was very easy to locate and plenty of room for drop off. Receptionist was friendly and easy to deal with
CHERYL SAbsolutely disappointed. Changed $20 late fee but isn’t, changed $10 cleaning fee but was cleaned. U-Haul still owed for me $30 plus tax. Will not recommend this location for anyone
