That place is a nightmare. A small old canopy and the lady was only using her phone. No hard copy of contract. Worse they charge me coverage (safe way insurance) that I remove twice during my booking. Find out yesterday about as I verify my credit card. The lady never verified license in fact there was none on the trailer ripped off. I found that I was 600 miles away. Lucky I was not pulled over to explain why. I want to be credited (70$) for the insurrance I never aggreed with.

Claudia VGoogle maps led me in the back way and the owner was moving some trucks around when I arrived; I wasn't sure there was anyone there. But then as I wandered around I found her climbing out of a truck and everything went very smoothly. I must say the Florida location was much more "rustic" than the Ann Arbor one, but both were professional and took care of the business at hand!

She advised me to take a photo of the trailer number and text it to her phone number. She also advised that I leave the trailer near the office. I did as requested. I did not receive any confirmation of my return of trailer.
